Private room with full autonomy

The BEDROOM (without kitchen) is fully self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, accessed through an entrance reserved for the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if needed, supplement of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bedding (armchair convertible into a 1-seater extra bed) is required, even for 2 guests, you will be asked for an additional €10 upon arrival. The room is to be made clean (or cleaning fee €10)

My studio is in a family home, access is completely independent to preserve your privacy. double bed, single bed for a separate bed, table, chair, shelf... We ask that you inform us of the number of people, sleeping separate or not, because of your stay and the time of arrival if possible. Please note that we have installed two cameras on the terrace for the safety of our tenants.
