On the one hand, you can use the diverse cultural offerings of the city of Potsdam, but also relax during dreamy hikes through the nearby parks of the Babelsberg Castle Park and Volkspark Glienicke. The property itself also invites you to relax. All in all, a very successful getaway / weekend getaway.

We chose this space to enjoy a cozy Christmas with friends, and it exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable for four people. Communication with Maria was smooth and friendly, making the entire experience even better. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, the neighborhood was peaceful, and getting there was a breeze. It was truly the perfect setting for our holiday celebration. Highly recommended!

In-person welcome by the host upon arrival. Respond to requests. Always available for questions and problems on site. We loved being there and felt comfortable.

We had the pleasure of spending 5 days in an impressive villa. The location was quiet, ideal for a relaxing break. The villa itself was spacious, modernly furnished and immaculately clean. Particularly noteworthy are the spacious pool area and the beautiful terrace, which invite you to spend relaxing hours.

The second floor of Hans was perfect, clean, nice, and artistic, and it was my luck to book it.Highly recommended!This is close to S-Ban station and there are many restaurants and shops around the area.The master was nice and welcoming, the heating had been adjusted prior to check in and the inside temperature was comfortable throughout the entire stay.Great paintings from the owner, by the way!

It was the perfect stay! All we needed was a peaceful place surrounded by nature and we got all that while being on a busy schedule visiting family and attending events in this area. We brought our dog and cat and they loved the spacious home for 3 nights and didn’t want to leave. The best part is the sunroom with view to the water and the garden fully fenced so the dog could roam too. We actually got engaged at this property and will forever be in our memories. There were seven of us in the house and we loved it. The kitchen is nice and large and you have everything you need to cook well. The house is so big that you can get away and be on your own. Our favorite place was definitely the conservatory where we read, knitted or just chatted in the morning as well as in the evening. We can only recommend the house and especially for slightly larger groups the house is excellent.

Perfect for a peaceful stay in the countryside

We had only checked in for one night to celebrate a birthday. Slightly different than expected from the photo of the house, the house is located in the village and on the left and right are more houses. Behind the house is the old farm, with chickens , rabbit goats and a pretty aviary. In the summer you can also stay in the garden and eat outside at tables with benches. For an outdoor coffee, the weather was just as good. We were welcomed so warmly that we immediately felt at home. Petra is a very nice hostess. Arrival and departure were handled very accommodating, even the day before us was blocked to allow an earlier arrival. There was even a delicious birthday cake from Petra. There were also tips for things to do. The Heiligengrabe monastery is very worthwhile. Wittstock is also worth a visit. However, we could not explore much more in the short time. It was a very nice short stay.

Very nice host! took the time to personally guide you through the accommodation again and show everything. He was also directly available for any inquiries. The area is very quiet and invite you to relax.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. At first it was a little difficult to find the keys to get inside but eventually we did find them. The house is amazing. Has a large open area where our dog could roam around freely. The only disappointment was the ramp to the lake was not accessible but considering the cold weather it was ok. I still feel that’s the best part of the house with a wonderful view to the lake and should be repaired and made available again. We did not stay much at the house as we visited a few places around including a one hour drive to Berlin but the house is very clean, comfortable and a wonderful place to stay!

We were on site as a large group with many (small) children and had everything we needed despite bad weather. You feel at home and have plenty of space and opportunities to unfold, relax. Sure, all rooms/units are individual and you have to see who fits in the group where it fits. But once you've sorted that out, you can have a good time! The rules that Ludger sets are known and understandable before booking. It is not a hotel or a holiday complex - you are a guest in a home. (as AirBnB was once intended) In some reviews, cleanliness is an issue - especially meticulous people can be disruptive, but families with small children are more likely to relax. In an idyllic, small settlement in the forest you will find this cute little house with garden that leaves nothing to be desired and is only a few minutes away from the lake.

We absolutely loved the stay. It was our first travel with the little baby. And we enjoyed it so so so much. The house was very cozy. The location is great. Quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. Incredible Italian restaurant is near by. The house was super clean. Bettina was incredibly kind and responsive. It was one of our best stays! 10/10 ❤️❤️❤️

Had a wonderful 2 week stay at Julia's. The location is in a very safe and peaceful neighbourhood along with convenient public transport within walking distance. Julia has also been very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We were now guests at Gesa's in Glaisin for the 4th time. As always, we were warmly welcomed and Gesa had prepared everything perfectly for us. We are always particularly looking forward to the great game meat that we can get through Gesa from the local hunter Theresa. Thanks also to Theresa! Perfect for our chef weekend with friends in Glaisin! We have taken beautiful memories home again and are already looking forward to next year!

First, thank you to Dana and her family for their hospitality. He patiently answered our questions. The location of the house was very nice. Connected to nature, quiet and tranquil. The view was great. The household items were clean, tidy, and as seen in the photos. We would love to come again in the summer season. Another thing, Don't forget to eat fresh eggs when you come here:)

The area is very pretty and quaint. It was a fantastic stay in a great house. We enjoyed the countryside getaway as a family very much! Just FYI, pay attention to supermarket opening hours and distance so you’re not left without supplies (especially on a Sunday when they’re closed 😉) We bought local honey, eggs, celery, leeks, and beetroot and some other bits as we would stop along the way showing the locals love.

We stayed with 7 people in Tinia's place and had a wonderful weekend. The whole house is very cozy and stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need for cooking etc. The communication was very straightforward and friendly. We especially liked the huge living room, the terrace and the large garden!

We had a wonderful stay at Bindower Fließ and left the property almost only for shopping. The gas grill was especially great for the boys. Ideal for cozy summer evenings. We paddle together every day - the Dahme landscape is beautiful! In the park-like large meadow we could play great badminton. An ideal place for our (now adult) family to relax and be together for a few days, with enough space to be alone at the same time. Not to forget: Berlin is a 45-minute car ride away - we also had a very varied day in Neukölln. Conclusion: We will be happy to come back.
