Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Heath

My husband & I were in town for a Marriage Retreat and the Avenue AirBNB was absolutely perfect for such a trip! Location was easy to find, parking not an issue, easy access in and the apartment was great! Beautiful kitchen with necessities to cook dinner, living space was great, comfortable bed & the hot tub was the BEST addition to relax in at the end of the night. It is possible to hear neighbors in the same building but not to the point of major disruption, when we soaked in the hot tub each night the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We were so glad to stay here over a hotel and would definitely return in the future! The venue we drove to each day was the Hyatt Regency hotel in downtown Columbus and it took us about 13 minutes to travel there. Many great restaurants nearby this location to choose from also.

My husband and I were visiting my mom, who is in one of the local assisted living facilities. It was wonderful to see her, but it was stressful. It was very comforting to know that we were going back to a clean and comfortable home. Cannot say enough about how comfortable the bed in the room we stayed in was. We did not have any issues at all. We traveled by car from New Hampshire and arrived after dark, pretty late actually. We didn’t have any problems with finding the place. Parking and getting the key was not a problem at all. Very clean, felt safe and comfortable. Would stay again for sure.

We had a great stay in this modern, stylish, and comfortable unit. It was very accessible and close to many great options. Would definitely stay here again.

I was there for a month with my wife and my baby and no complaints, we felt like home… the only bad thing was we wanted to stay one more week. It it was already booked… Highly recommended

Had a wonderful stay, would absolutely stay again! We had many extra amenities such as cleaning supplies, snacks, cooking supplies, extra towels. Host was extremely accommodating and very responsive. We had a wonderful stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. Nancy was great. The place was cozy. And the location was perfect for visiting friends nearby and walking to local coffee shops and restaurants.

We rented here and the house was perfect! The decor, the cleanliness, all the amenities, the kitchen, bathrooms all get 10/10! Perfect house for a group of friends, couples and families. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Columbus!

This place was fantastic! Great area with lots to do! Short North area is full of restaurants and shops with in walking distance. The house is beautiful and welcoming with all the amenities you need. The hosts are responsive and are willing to make your stay a great one! Highly recommended if you’re staying in Columbus. We have stayed at quite a few places in the city and this is in the top two!

It’s like home away from home, this place is the place to stay in Columbus. Affordable and very clean with great hosts.

We enjoyed our time at Xiaomei’s. I grew up in Columbus, Ohio, but now our family is in several states. We booked the house so 6 of us could stay together and enjoy a Thanksgiving meal in a home setting. We ordered our meal; we did not cook at Xiaomei’s. We were very comfortable there! Some of my family walked through German Village and enjoyed a delicious meal at Schmidt’s. I recommend the area if you have a rental car as there is not much to do in walking distance. I did notice a bus stop pretty close to Xiaomei’s, so you may be able to take the city bus where you want to go. It would be worth checking.

We enjoyed our stay at this house so much. This was probably one of our top experiences at an airbnb. I have zero suggestions on how they can improve because they did everything perfectly. They provided everything you could possibly need - and then some. They had extra toys downstairs which my daughter loved. They had board games. They had everything in the kitchen you could ever desire. They had the best brand of toilet paper, and plenty of it! That's not something all airbnbs do, and that detail did not go unnoticed and was very appreciated. All of their supplies were plentiful, which I loved. They had plenty of paper towels and soaps and bath towels. I am so used to bringing extra supplies to airbnbs because they usually give you just enough to get started, but this place was so generous with their supplies that I didn't even have to pull out my own. I thought that was incredibly kind of them. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and care into the whole experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect! We did a couples getaway weekend and the two bedrooms were absolutely perfection! I took a lot of style ideas from this home too because it is SO cozy and cute! Also huge thanks for the coffee creamer and K cups!!

Great location to all the restaurants on High Street & convention center. Took advantage of the free street parking, which was included in our reservation. Coffee was also provided. Would def book again if I am back in the area.

We have stayed at a few other apartments in this complex building and this one is by the best! Very welcoming vibe! The location is great and located directly across from the Convention Center! Highly recommend!

Andy was very responsive for any questions that I had leading up to and during our stay. The game room in the basement is an excellent touch, and we were and to very comfortably fit a family of 6 here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Columbus area!

I loved this location. I was in town for a wedding and the unit was in close proximity to all of the scheduled events. Plenty of places to eat and drink and a close enough stroll into the downtown area. I will definitely consider the unit if I'm ever in Columbus again. The area is lively at night, so if noise is not your cup of tea, this might not be for you, but I welcomed that level of energy.
