We have stayed in the house several times and are happy to come back as it meets our needs. Parking at the house, close to public transport, good beds, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.

Ideally located in Central Forres with all local amenities easily accessed. House is clean, well equipped and great for a couple or lone traveller and is in a quiet pedestrian area just off the High Street.

Such a fabulous find in a great location in Belfast. Walking distance to lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. Also a stones throw from a few great gyms. The house was really homely and I felt right at home straight away. The children’s cot was also really helpful and great to have a washing machine for dishes and laundry. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay at Dave’s house. It is well located, about 10 minute walk from the City Walls. House was comfortable for 6 friends sharing. Dave was easy to communicate with and we had straightforward check in and out instructions. Thank you!

Richard’s house was amazing, it was a 10 mins walk to York town Centre, There were restaurants and cafes at the top of the street, 2 minutes walk, but book where you can these places are busy. The house was super tidy neat and clean. The beds were soft and comfortable with everything you need a home from home. We hope to return soon.

Had a great time staying at Stephen’s place with my family (spouse & 3 kids). It was ideal for us as a base to explore Belfast: we walked to the Titanic museum and Science museum, and there are great restaurants nearby (Villa Italia was good for families). We had one small plumbing issue during our stay but Stephen quickly sorted this (even though he homestead on holiday the time). Overall, highly recommended as a base to explore Belfast!

Fantastic! The hosts were excellent communicators, responding quickly and ensuring everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The place was thoroughly cleaned, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Any queries or issues were handled professionally and promptly by the hosts. The location was perfect— walkable to the town centre, restaurants and the beach. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Martin has a great spacious house, in terms of the bedrooms and the communal space. It’s located close to the centre - we walked in once or twice. Would stay again!

What a beautiful and extremely comfortable house. Home from home with everything we could need for a relaxing stay. Everything was as described and the decor and furniture very tastefully done. Kitchen very well equipped. Bags of space, ample seating in the lounge for us all without being squashed and the layout of two beds and one bathroom on each of the two floors was ideal for our grownup family and would certainly accommodate two separate families allowing for privacy. Four good sized double bedrooms in total and two large bathrooms! Thomas was a great host and responded promptly to my queries, even offering to bring us some supplies due to the recent storm when everything was closed including the supermarkets! Location was quiet which is what we wanted, and very easy to get out and about in the car from here. It's a good walk into town but there is a bus service and a taxi is very reasonable. We would certainly recommend Thomas's place and come back here with family again.

Great spot, close to Botanic Gardens and Queens. Easy to get around from here and usually parking available close to the house.

Lovely house with all we needed to spend Christmas there. Well equipped kitchen, even with sharp knifes which made Christmas dinner prep easier! Daniel was an excellent and generous host, replying to our questions quickly and leaving a lovely welcome pack as well as decorating the house for Christmas. Location was also very convenient, with buses in to town at the end of the road and walking distance to the University and botanical gardens.

The apartment was a real 'home from home', with everything you might need during your stay. It was warm and comfortable even in a very cold, February spell of weather. We loved the comfy beds, The apartment was only a five minute walk to the city centre and my friends and I found it really easy and quick to walk into Belfast.

We had a great overnight stay at Ryan’s place. Check-in was easy, with clear instructions. The car park was confusing to find, but Ryan was very responsive to help us find it. The place was spotless and spacious, with all amenities mentioned on the listing. Location was great- only a 5-10 min drive into the middle of Manchester. Would 100% recommend.

We had a fantastic weekend for mid term in Joanne’s place, the house was exactly as described and clear instructions on how get in and how to operate things, heating was on for us arriving which was great on a cold wet day, Joanne’s house is very cosy and had everything we needed she was very responsive though the air b n b chat, the house is a great location and a short walk to the promenade and close enough to walk to the beach, we look forward to booking again in the future.

Jo's house is very comfortable. It is very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. I was staying on my own but there are two good sized bedrooms so it would be ideal for two couples. Jo was very helpful and responsive. Thank you I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Sensational stay in York. Clare’s communication was fantastic and so very helpful. Her home was so close to the train and an easy walk into Micklegate to see everything York has to offer. As a family of four we found this to be a perfect stay - thank you.

This was a work related trip. I was booking on behalf of 4 of our employees who were working in the area. The lads were very pleased with the house, they said it was gorgeous, clean, warm and had everything they needed. I did actually try to book the following week but the dates were unavailable. Conal the owner was in touch with me constantly asking if the check in had gone smoothly and to contact him if he could help with anything else. He was very friendly and helpful at all times. We used this place as a base to explore the local area for a few days. It was warm and cosy, had everything we needed and suited us , and our dog, perfectly. Wendy left some welcome gifts for our arrival which were much appreciated and the house had all the amenities that were listed. We felt well looked after , as though much thought had gone into what guests might need. The shower was hot, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen served us perfectly. There is a small outside yard and the canal is very close by which was a bonus for our dog. We had good days out visiting Morecambe, Silverdale, Gait Barrow and Glasson Dock. There were restaurants and takeaways very nearby and local pubs- great for a craft beer after a day out walking. The town centre is very close by and despite this, we always managed to find on street parking near the house. This is a great value for money option in the area - we would recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.
