Great place to stay in a beautiful location. Everything was as described and we had a brilliant time.

We had the best stay, we had a lovely girly weekend celebrating my mums 50th and aunties 60th. The accommodation was beautiful, clean and Lucy put in lots of homely touches; going above and beyond. Lucy was really quick at responding if we ever had any problems. The view and surroundings were beautiful, such a lovely place and will defo be coming back again in the future ❤️ thank you so much.

The property was in superb condition, spotless and immaculately clean and presented. All fixtures and fittings were of great quality and there was a lovely welcome pack to greet us, containing local cakes, biscuits and so forth. We met Cindy and her husband Mark when they came to service the hot tub and they are delightful people. We spent time chatting during which they recommended restaurants, one of which we used (Buckinghamshire Arms) where we enjoyed Sunday lunch. Overall, a great experience, top notch Airbnb.

We had a lovely stay with our 2 Labrador’s and 18 month old! The hot tub was a great at the end of the day and came in very handy for nap time! Thanks :)

We stayed at the little owl for just a couple of days but it was fantastic. It was so easy to find with the instructions Hayley had sent prior to our stay. All instructions was clear and really helpful we didn't need to contact Hayley during our stay because everything was clear set out already. On arrival there is a folder with extra information in how to use everything in the airbnb. We absolutely love our stay everything inside was to a high standard from the log burner to the cutlery etc was really excellent. Outside is really private with no overlooking windows where the hot tub is. The hot tub was a really good size and we really like how we could fill the tub each day before we wanted to use it meaning it was clean water unfortunately this meant only one use per day as instructed but we didn't have any problem with that. We had plenty of wood to use for the log burner which made the place really cosy. I couldn't recommend this Airbnb enough. Really a top draw place to stay.

We had a perfect weekend break accommodation as described 👌. Joanna left homemade brownies that lasted all of 5 mins 😁 milk, eggs, yoghurts, vase of flowers, cream, and cookies all made the first impression Perfect. We walked throughout the large grounds used the jacuzzi, games room with toilet which had sky tv on a large screen pool table tennis table football and ice hockey game, lots of seating to watch. Very quiet and secluded area 20 25 mins from beccles local pub unfortunately we did not use. Farm shop on site with local fresh produce and everything thing you might need if you have forgotten anything. At night no light contamination so on a clear night we could see a sky full of stars planets etc. Overall perfect place Perfect accommodations and perfect guest 👌 A1.

Amazing place, lovely garden in the early spring sun, great amenities and very private. The local area was great, with plenty of nice pubs and great access to the wider area. check in process was simple and quick and Liz communicated well from the moment we booked. fully equipped house, everything you could ask for and some lovely touches. The stairs are historically authentic and therefore a challenge for younger children and people who lack physical mobility(as clearly stated and helpfully double checked by Liz herself). Overall wouldbe ideal for a set of couples or a family with slightly older children.

What a lovely, cosy cottage. It was beautifully presented with fresh flowers, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome cake, Prosecco and milk were really thoughtful touches and gratefully received. Communication from our hosts was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dog Cottage and can’t wait to visit again.

I could get quite poetic about this pretty little cottage next to the church in the doomed village of Happisburgh. Firstly, the owners (Liz and Robert) have invested time and effort into making this a delightful place to be. Nicely decorated, filled with curios in every room, walls packed with photos and pictures, HUGE amounts of local information. But it's the little touches that have impressed us - scones and jam when we arrived, kitchen with all the equipment you'll need (including sharp knives that actually cut), milk in the fridge, soap shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom - you could spend a weekend just looking around this cottage. Outside, the church is worth a visit and the village itself pretty as you could wish. The local pub is great - great food, great beer, much of which is brewed on site, and lovely patrons. Everyone wants to chat and stroke the dog. All of this comes with the bittersweet knowledge that the coastline here is eroding fast and cannot or will not be save

SUPERB !!!! Beautiful, immaculately clean, very cosy, finished to a high standard. Lots of lovely touches, from dog treats to human treats !!! We felt at home, highly recommend A few minutes walk to the beach, and a sea view from the front decking area Thankyou Gaynor !

We had a lovely long weekend stay. The cottage was beautiful and very cosy - the fire was perfect for the cold weekend, and the Christmas decorations were a very welcome addition. The location was lovely. Amenities aren’t within walking distance but there was lots of information about how to access things / things to do. We went to Southwold for the day which we really enjoyed. Jacky was a very responsive and proactive host. Thanks very much for a wonderful stay.

Our second visit to Marsh cottage, we had a lovely few days celebrating our 57th wedding anniversary, lots of long walks with Jesse our Bracco, the local farm shop is amazing, we stocked up there before our trip home. Thankyou Pip we hope to return.

This was the best Airbnb we've been to in the UK. Such a delightful, absolutely pristine, stylish, comfortable cabin. It is really even better than it looks in the photos. It has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, comfy sofa, hairdryer, fireplace, really comfortable bed, a lovely bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. We had the most relaxing weekend. We would say you need a car to get around, especially in winter!

100% recommend and I would stay again. The cottage was spotless, had everything we needed and lovely little extra touches. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive.

We had a lovely stay at Jasmine Cottage for four days over Valentines's day. It was exactly what we hoped for. The log burner was well stocked which was perfect for the cold snap we had. The location was very private with walks from the front door. Car parking space outside was also very helpful. We have one word that describes it - Delightfull. We would stay again and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the property.

Great place to get away to, very clean, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

My partner and I stayed here for Christmas and we had the best time. We were greeted on arrival by Feri and when we entered the cottage it was spotless and had everything we needed. Feri and Steve were very friendly and attentive and responded quickly if we had any questions. Would highly recommend visiting here and we will gladly book again soon.

We've been coming to Southwold for 30 years, staying with friends. This was our first time with out 14 year old, so wanted him to have a wonderful experience. We all loved the cottage which felt very Southwold, with the Puffin theme and lovely paintings of the area. It is a great location with walks to the harbour and the pier from the cottage, which our dog loved too. The property had everything e needed, was clean and warm and we got parked right outside. Would recommend to others and will choose again if we stay and need a place.

just come back from a two night stay for my daughter's birthday. the cottage was perfect for three adults, two small children, one baby and one dog. location was ideal for the exploring walks we had planned. We will definitely go back
