3 room apartment, in a quiet location and yet right in the middle of it...

Our lovely apartment for 2-4 people is located in a quiet residential area, right on the edge of the forest. The 3-room apartment includes a balcony, as well as a parking space. Bicycles can be adjusted. Despite the quiet location in the Südheide, our location offers a comfortable base for sports and leisure activities. Culture and history enthusiasts will find plenty of excursions in the area. And of course nature lovers will get their money's worth here in the heath.

Bright apartment in a quiet location, with fireplace

Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of town. The living area is open plan and overlooks the gable, the well-equipped fitted kitchen has been included in the open concept. The apartment is designed with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls to the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter circle shower.

The holiday home called"Schnuckenbau" is just 3 minutes on foot nearby to the Nature Park Luneburg Heath. You will find bike paths and pure nature exactly in the centre between Hamburg and Hanover as well as Luneburg and Bremen. You look for tranquility, you'll find it here. The unique spring bath "Quellenbad" is just a stone's throw away. In the garden of the Schnuckenbau is a little pavillon, also a barbecue. In the lounge you can enjoy a crackling fire in a stove.

Heidetraum

The house is located in Rolfsen at the end of the village directly on the edge of the forest , about 20 minutes by car from Lüneburg. You can enjoy the large, well-kept garden , with magnificent views of the expanse . For a small extra charge, it is possible to book a yoga or qi gong lesson. Four bicycles are available for excursions to the heath. We are also happy to pick guests up from the train station at a small surcharge in Lüneburg.

The village center with shops is within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. Studio (approx. 30m2) with private entrance, double bed (1.40m), single bed (0.90m) and private bathroom. The dining area with fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Please smoke in an extra "smoking lounge". In the neighborhood is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" between 7am - 4.30 pm during the week.

Happy Place Gödenstorf

Our Happy Place is located 40km south of Hamburg near the A7, 20km from Lüneburg. Seven years ago, our family decided to move from Hamburg to the country. Since then Gödenstorf has become our Happy Place. In 2017, we decided to build an apartment in our farm roof and share our Happy Place with guests. Our Shetland ponies, and our three children, are looking forward to taking our guests along for the ride.

The accommodation is located separately in the "Little Cottage", which is then quite large with 33 square meters. During your stay, you'll be the only users. There is a large double bed, a table for breakfast or the writing stuff, and if you want to stay longer, you can put your things in a wardrobe.
