Holiday rentals in Hemsedal

We just loved this beautiful spacious house. We were with 4 persons. There is room for at least 4 more adults or children. Staying here with 10 persons is possible but in that case I would personally search for a place a bit bigger. It is a really homy place and Gry is a ferry good and friendly host. We loved the view. The accesability of Faset Alpine Ski center and the peace and quiet. The possibility to build a fire and accessoires to bbq was also very nice.

Wooooow! A simply brilliant place to stay, we were there with the whole family and are really thrilled. The contact with Eirik was also great, we will definitely come back! Highly recommended for families, amenities very upscale and TOP! Thank you for everything, see you again.

Modern furnished house, with all the comforts. Games, toys and even a Playstation are available. The house is in a nice area. The bathroom was large, with a washing machine and dryer. A separate, extra toilet would have been useful. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and the space with a T.V. Please note: if you are tall you have to bend over to go through the bedroom door. The Wi-Fi is not reliable and went out regularly. The last stretch to the house is quite steep and can be slippery in the winter, so be careful driving! There is someone who clears the path snow twice a day with a tractor, or gravel to fight the smoothness. Lene was always quick to respond to our messages and was very helpful.

Angnethe is a very nice hostess and always easily accessible. Your apartment is the most beautiful ski accommodation we have ever stayed in. It is extremely well equipped - especially the kitchen. The location couldn't be better - right by the elevator and all the ski tenter's offers. The car can stay in the garage. The view from the spacious living room window is beautiful. We would advise against the accommodation of 4 people in the entrance area without windows/natural ventilation. The fact that two people sleep there if the door to the living-dining area remains open was okay with us.

We loved our stay at Lars’ beautiful home in Hemsedal. It was our first time visiting Norway to Ski. The drive from Oslo is beautiful and easy. The check in instructions were simple and easy to find. The apartment itself is stunning and well equipped. The place sleeps 10 but we were a group of 5 and it was perfect. The sun had been out so ski in/out wasn’t possible but defo would be earlier in the season. Walking to the lift took 5 mins. For any British guests reading and wondering whether vastly more expensive compared to France/Austria. I would say the value for money for accommodation far surpasses anywhere we have stayed in other ski resorts. It’s more expensive to eat and drink but not much more. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, the lift staff in particular. The Skarsnuten spa is a must! The toll road is expensive just to pop to the shops ( £32 over 5 days) Only negative is bring our own sheets and towels. Maybe a hire option would be nice to offer. Overall 5 ⭐️

Kristian is a fantastic host. The house is beautiful, spotlessly maintained, and you can really tell he takes pride in keeping it that way. The surroundings are absolutely dream-like—peaceful, scenic, and the perfect place to relax. Everything was just as described, if not better. Highly recommended!

We really had a magnificent stay at the cabin in Geilo. The cabin is quietly located on a mountain slope overlooking Geilo. The cabin was roomy, cosy and clean. More than enough space for our family with 6 adults. We used the sauna a lot; just enough space for 2 persons but that was fine with us. And the pool table in the cellar was a great hit! There's a lot to do in Geilo and the surrounding area. We skied, cross-country skied, rode snowmobiles, snowshoeed and sledded. And after an exhausting day it was always wonderful to come home to the cosy and warm cabin and relax by the fireplace!

The cabin is nicely located with lovely views. Nice amenities, and close to ski slopes and downhill. André is nice and follows up during your stay. It's easy to get an answer to what we're wondering about and experience him as very accessible. We have had a great time this weekend. We are happy to rent this cabin several times. Thank you for us.
