Where do I start, from initial booking to check in and check out. Jonathan was a great host and communication was spot on. The property was clean, inviting, modern and in a great location. I’d give more stars if I could. We will certainly be returning to enjoy Jonathan’s property. Great place to enjoy everything Florida has to offer.

Our family had a great vacation on the Lake! Jason is the best host and his condo is perfect. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and the beds are very comfortable. The location is fantastic...walkable to the tiki bar and close to town. Our kids enjoyed playing tennis and basketball on the nearby court and swimming in the complex's pool. We rented a boat one day and explored the big lake. Great town, great people, and a comfy, clean condo...we couldn't have asked for a better week!

This rental was even better than expected! The location was perfect!! you are a 1 minute walk from AMU campus, Church, shops and restaurants. The decor inside was so relaxing and comfortable. I hope it is available again when we return!

Our stay in Ave Maria was great, beautiful home with good food and coffee within walking distance. Mary made sure we were aware of events happening near our stay and communicated swiftly. We will definitely be back!

Jason was extremely accommodating after we were displaced my hurricane Milton. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay.
