The house is modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, by the sea, facing Aval island, neear Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Tiny cottage in the countryside!

We have just completed the renovation of this farmhouse that belonged to our grandparents. It is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, just 4 km from the shore. We are close to Plouescat village (1,5km), that offers all food stores and other little shops. Your four-legged companions are welcome, as long as they are peacefull with our own pets The cottage is adjoining our house with access and private outdoor spaces.

This rental is located 3 km from Morlaix (historic site), between the Armorique Regional Park and the beaches. This is a house divided into 2 separate dwellings with independent entrances. The photos on the ad match the rented area. Even if this home sleeps 7, it is ideal for 4/5 people. The sofa is only one extra bed in the living room. The 5000 m² lot is quietly located, away from the road and in a wooded environment.
