This is such a lovely place to call home away from home. So clean, comfortable and everything you need to enjoy your stay. The hosts are outstanding and go above and beyond with extras like fresh flowers, snacks galore and bottled water. They immediately respond to any questions and give great tips about local places to go or things to do. The rating scale does not go high enough to reflect their value. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Tom, for hosting my bachelor weekend at your spacious property. The house comfortably accommodated our large group, and its proximity to downtown Tampa offered the perfect balance between city access and suburban tranquility. We thoroughly enjoyed the well-designed layout, especially the heated jacuzzi and pool. The garage’s ping pong and pool tables provided additional entertainment, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We fell in love with the house as soon as we walked in! It was cozy and adorable! It was the perfect size for our family of four. We had a bad situation at a hotel and were able to check in to the house very late at night. We have family in the area, so we would definitely stay again! Elyssa’s home fit our needs perfectly. The couch was extremely comfortable and all the rooms were spacious and laid out well. We tend to go out towards tarpon springs and Dunedin so we were opposite the traffic!! That was a plus!

Lori’s place was the perfect location for our trip to Dunedin and Honeymoon Island. We enjoyed our time and had everything that we needed for our stay.

This house is truly a gem! It’s beautifully maintained, sparkling clean, and located in a fantastic neighborhood. The host was extremely helpful, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The location is perfect – so close to Amalie Arena, Dunedin, George Steinbrenner Stadium, and Raymond James Stadium. We absolutely loved the home and the area. Such a hidden gem in Historic Downtown New Port Richey. It is a very spacious property that you have access to, other than the guest house. The river has a beautiful view of the sunset and the pool area is a paradise. The property manager was always available and very helpful. It is a must to stay here. I’ll be back! We also rented a golf cart since it’s so close to downtown.

Enjoyed our stay. Was a little concerned about the size of the place but once there, it was absolutely fine. The bed was also rather comfortable.
