Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

The apartment is located 2 minutes from the famous Lichtenthaler Allee . Bus stop 1 minute . Walking distance downtown 12 min. It is located on the 2 floor in the back of the building, very quietly located view of the countryside with balcony ,parquet floor ,USB socket , high speed Internet, Bluetooth speaker . Animals are not allowed. Cleaning fees of €40 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a tourist tax of €3.80 to be paid at check-in per person per day.

We live in a quiet, small village in the beautiful North Black Forest, adjacent to the national park. The incredible variety of activities makes this region so unique. In winter, downhill skiing and cross-country skiing are possible. Our apartment is newly renovated, with much love we have furnished the approx. 50 m2 apartment with one bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom of high quality. A private terrace overlooking the garden and forest invites you to relax.

Our beautiful, super sunny loft 70 square meter loft is located in a former "alte Werkstatt" in the middle of the village. We renovated the apartment and the house with great attention to detail, placing great emphasis on ecological and sustainable building materials and a modern, environmentally friendly heating system - as a hobby beekeeper, it goes without saying for us. The old workshop staircase leads to a large, bright living, dining and cooking area.
