Everything worked out great, the accommodation is spacious, very well equipped and in a quiet location. The hosts are very friendly and the communication worked out great. So full score from me.

The house was very cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The neighborhood was perfect for a peaceful time. The town is very nice and close by. Many beautiful places in the area. Bas was very good and made it easy to comunicate if you come from abroad. I would rent this place again if we were to come back.

Wonderful view over the South Sea to the city! There you can still leave the Romans on the right... Only the weather could be improved. However, the winter garden is waterproof. I would be happy to go back to the Nirderrhein for a short vacation!

Perfect place to stay. All what can be necessary is available at the place. Very clean and nice. A lot of beautiful places around. Very kind and helpful owners. Definitely recommend.

The stay with 7 people (5 adults and 2 children) in the beautiful apartment was great! The house was very clean, nice bathrooms, comfortable and very extensively equipped. The kids had a great time with the ping pong table/darts etc. Cozy to turn on the fireplace in the evening and the bedrooms were comfortable. Communication with Martina was great. If anything came up, she responds very quickly and her husband comes by to fix it. Nice tour and story given by her husband, about the pigs, which they have on the property. Very cozy, in summer even a swimming pool and there is a large garden to play for children. All in all, we have enjoyed! Tip restaurant; Gasthaus Suer. Very cozy and delicious food. We'd love to come back!

Great place to relax, very nice surroundings! You walk out the gate and have all kinds of beautiful hiking trails to go...Plenty and more... to experience in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we really enjoyed the peace, the silence and the privacy that is offered here. Spotted all kinds of birds in the garden while enjoying a drink; Flemish jigsaws, robins, finches, goats and even 3 black with white colored squirrels that we have never seen in the Netherlands, this was a welcome extra during breakfast on our last day. In short, really a lovely cottage where we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed there for 3 nights, as far as we were concerned, far too short. The house itself is just a home where you can enjoy a lovely hot tub undisturbed, a hot tub and if the weather allows it a beautifully landscaped swimming pool outside. We took really beautiful walks, the gardens in Arcen we had already been but stay beautiful. So all praise !!

Me and my classmates went to Gelsenkirchen for a school trip and stayed in this wonderful apartment. Perfect for groups. Great location and very cozy and liveable apartment.

Fantastic accommodation! Very clean, comfortable and equipped with every comfort. The location was ideal and the host was friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended for a relaxing stay!
