A lovely property, home from home and the host was so informative and answered any questions I had. The location was perfect for our needs and very quiet. The welcome hamper was really nice and attention to detail in all areas was very evident with nice touch’s and fragrances made the home feel clean and comfortable. Pool table and games consoles make it a stand out location for all ages to enjoy when in the house. Heating was great though the house as we had some very cold days on our stay. Hot tub and gardens well presented too and not over looked. We collectively as a family have said we will return to this property next year in the warmer months for a longer stay. Anyone reading this post then rest assured you will have a lovely stay in this property that you can relax and enjoy your time. 5 star ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thankyou. Mr Anderson.

Beautifully clean, modern but cosy. Was the perfect location with just a very short drive to the prom with so many things to do and see. Perfect for what we needed!

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

We enjoyed our 2nd stay and had just as good an experience as the first time. Samantha was friendly and her info was clear and in good time. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and walkable to the Tower. The house was clean and tidy and a lovely space to stay for the weekend.

Great place, ideal for Lancaster city centre visit with or without university student

Place was great and communication with Laura Jane was speedy and efficient. If I had one (very minor!) criticism, it would be that the towels were a little small/basic for a place that is otherwise pretty high spec — could benefit from just providing bath sheets. Overall, we were very impressed by the place. The decor and facilities were lovely. We’ll undoubtedly book to stay again next time we’re visiting my mother who lives in the area.

We stayed there for 2 nights to explore Lake District , it was great stay , Anna was quick on all query and place was so clean and spotless , my 4 year son loved the place , very peaceful and easy to access , highly recommended

The caravan was in perfect condition, everything was easy to find and use and a great place to stay for a trip to Morecambe or Lancaster!

beautiful place, so comfy and clean. really enjoyed our stay here. we booked treatments at the center on site too which were great. We were not a fan of the restaurant on the grounds but lots of places nearby to go to eat. would go again.

Lovely pod, everything you need. Very clean and stylish. Beds are pull out, apart from the ones upstairs. They were very comfortable and we had a great sleep. The shower was amazing… hot & powerful, especially after being out walking all day. Wi-Fi is good, even has sound system & smart TV. Located at the back of the park, quiet and secluded. The park is well maintained & the foods very good in the restaurant. All Staff we came across, were very friendly and helpful. I brought my Nan back for her 80th, as she use to stay at Hollins Farm seasonally many years ago. It was a trip up memory lane. Plenty of places to walk, especially the hill at the back of Hollins farm. The views are still very impressive to this day. Silverdale is just a little Gem, the gift that keeps on giving. Will definitely be returning.

Me and my dad had a WONDERFUL stay at Lisa's caravan. Lisa is such a GREAT host who is always polite and super fast to respond to my messages. The place is easy to find with Lisa's clear instructions. It is VERY CLEAN, VERY WARM and SUPER COSEY. I am so glad that i booked it, otherwise i would have missed such a GREAT GEM.

This stay was pure luxury from start to finish with every detail and requirement thought of. The cabin was incredibly clean, has top of the range appliances, including heating, with lots of little extras to make our holiday a home from home. The stunning view of the lake and the hot tub were blissful things to wake up to and the dogs loved the endless choice of walks every day. Charlotte was helpful and communicative all the way through the stay and her on-site guide (we called it the bible!) had everything in it and more. We had to pull ourselves away!!! We could not recommend this place enough and will most certainly be booking again!

We had a lovely relaxing stay. Very warm, cosy and comfortable. The welcome basket was good , with the bathrobes and Prosecco a nice touch. We would stay again.

Great way to spend our NYE, the cottage was so peaceful and private. Great space for the dogs to run in the garden, weather weren't on our side but the house was fully equipped and had games too so that it didn't matter! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be looking to book again!

I booked this for my disabled brother, his disabled friend and a carer. Very modern with really comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Perfect location to visit all the amenities in Blackpool and far enough away to relax after a busy day sightseeing. They can’t wait to go back next year!

Our short stay was absolutely lovely! The maisonette was really homely and clean and the extras like the teabags, towels and milk were a nice touch and above and beyond usual Airbnb’s. The bed and the pillows were really comfy too. Beautiful surroundings and the ducklings that greeted us in the morning were adorable!Responsive host and very accommodating. Definitely would recommend.

Three of us stayed for 3 nights, the house was extremely clean and tidy. Lockbox entry was easy and communications with Richard was excellent. Easy to walk to the centre of town but also close to tram stops. NISA shop only 1 minute away for essentials. Would definitely use again if we return. Excellent accommodation with all required amenities.

A lovely location and it was so easy from start to finish. Cozy accommodation and very close to the centre of Blackpool with trams only a 5 minute walk away. Would stay here again next time in Blackpool.
