Holiday rentals with a patio in Higuey

My day was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the incredible hospitality I received. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and truly cared for. What made the experience exceptional was how hands-on and engaged the family was. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and that my experience was special. Their warmth and genuine interest made me feel like a part of their own family. It was a truly spectacular day, and I can't thank them enough for their kindness and attention to detail.

They were like family. They have two wonderful sons. And a wonderful wife. I have not met Tomas. But his wife and sons did something shocking for us. They took us to the restaurant themselves to make sure we were safe with our little girl. Then they came and picked us up. They accompanied us for all our needs the next day. It was great. If I come again, I would like to be with you again. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is beautiful. Very comfortable. It has everything you need for a peaceful and restful weekend. Without a doubt, I would rent it again. I've marked it as one of my favorites.

Our family’s third time at CDC villas and this was the best so far. Everything looked exactly like the photos - comfortable and good quality indoor and outdoor furniture, TVs, bathrooms, etc. Very clean without smelling like chemicals. The staff was incredible with delicious meals everyday, service beyond our expectations, and ease with our young children’s chaos. The location is central with easy access to the Hotel and Golf Center, Minitas Beach, Marina, and Altos de Chavon. Highly recommend.

Anabella is an exceptional host of attention, kindness and responsiveness (and also speaks excellent French): thank you!! Being a 2mn walk from the beach changes the experience of Casa de Campo. More with children. You'll love eating in the lush garden, dotted with orchids, delicious figs on the tree, and visited by parrots and hummingbirds. The internet is great for working, even in the garden. Acoustique Sonos to enhance your stay or baths with a hot hot tub under the laurels.

We had the most wonderful stay at this villa. The home was perfect for our family, including two small kids. The rooms were spacious, allowing everyone to feel comfortable and have their own space. The highlight for us was the pool – though small, it was absolutely perfect for the kids and offered a relaxing spot for us to unwind. The location was great, very peaceful and private. It was a short golf cart ride to the beach, and main hotel. The hosts were also fantastic! They were extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had, which made our stay stress-free. Additionally, having the staff there was such a nice touch. It was such a relief to have their help, especially with a busy family. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely love to return! Highly recommend this villa for families looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway.

Comfortable to get to, quiet, cozy place, and good host service.

We had a fantastic stay here!! It was well-stocked with everything we needed and the house felt big enough for all of us. The beach is so close but we also really enjoyed the pool. I highly recommend this place for a great vacation!

My wife and I had a great stay at Kevin’s apt in vista de altos. The complex had a peaceful ambience and beautiful landscaping, and is an excellent value for a two bedroom in casa de campo. Kevin was an exceptional, responsive host, and the apt was well equipped, wifi and AC worked great. Thank you!

Beautiful place and very convenient the owners where really nice would stay again and recommend to others

We had a wonderful time. Place was as described. Loved the walk out patio to the pool with beautiful golf course view. The grounds felt very safe Ana was very responsive and kind. We absolutely return.

Mariano’s place was great for my stay in Punta Cana. He always responded quickly when I had questions. The place is a ten minute walk to the Cana Bay Beach Club($35 which is the food credit). The place is also 10 minutes to Hard Rock. You can get a day pass there as long as they are under 85% capacity. I was there for two full days, my day one and four were travel days. Although getting a taxi was easy, if you are going back and forth a bit, a rental car might be ideal (especially if you are there for 4 days or more). One round trip (I went to Wowzer Brunch and Restaurant) was $30. My full day two was a tour, so no cab needed. If you aren’t in the mood for the beach, there is a pool a few steps from the unit. As a solo traveler, this was an ideal place to enjoy Punta Cana!

Dania and Chris are amazing host and people. they are always willing to help and did everything for my family to have a beautiful vacation. we stayed 1 month and we felt at home. Dania and Chris are very well connected and gave us great recommendations for things to do. Dania also helped me find the best deal to purchase a condo. I can honestly they are the best Airbnb host we ever had . 😀

Pasquel's responsiveness was unparalleled; he arranged seamless transportation from PUJ airport, secured a golf cart for our convenience, and provided thoughtful recommendations for dining and activities. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with waters, beers, and pastries—a delightful touch that set the tone for our stay. His dining suggestions at Altos de Chavón, Minitas Beach, and the Marina were outstanding, each offering unique experiences that enhanced our trip. The condo itself was immaculate, comfortable, and perfectly situated within Casa de Campo, providing easy access to all the resort's amenities. Pasquel's attention to detail and genuine care for his guests' experience made our vacation truly memorable. We only wish we had more time to explore all the wonderful spots he recommended. Highly recommend staying at Pasquel's place for an outstanding experience in the Dominican Republic.
