This lovely gem is located in popular cottage area, close to Ebeltoft. On the great natural plot, there is peace and quiet with bird whistle, wildlife and high to the sky. The cottage contains a new kitchen and new floors. Lovely conservatory overlooking the large garden. Large bedroom and a small room with bunk bed and bathroom. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an extra bed. Wood-burning stove and heat pump as well as electric radiators. On the grounds there is also an annex with two sleeping places. In the annex there is an electric radiator.

In the living room there is a sofa bed that sleeps 2. In addition, a cozy annex with a two-and-a-half man bed. The house is 200 meters from the beach and is located just behind Molskroen and Molskroen's popular icehouse. The house is on a nice road with alley trees in quiet surroundings. Fantastic enclosed garden. Close to Ebeltoft town and harbor.

Cozy cottage by the beach.

The house has the most beautiful view of the field, and is close to Denmark's best child-friendly beach. The house has two rooms with two beds in each, as well as an alcove with two sleeping places. You must bring your own bed linen, towels, cloths, tea towels, toilet paper, hand soap, sulfo and dishes. The house must be cleaned before leaving. A photo of the switchboard is taken at the gable of the house upon arrival and departure. Price for consumption is DKK 5.5 per. KWh. It is not allowed to charge an electric car in the house.

Quiet and safe area where the kids can play in the garden. Nice neighbours. Outside shelter with bonfire, gas-fueled barbecue, large trampoline, swings, a minipool and a lovely green house with room for eating and hanging out. House has a TV without antenna signal/flow - bring a computer with mini hdmi - or simply enjoy the sunset instead. Distances: Aadal Golf Club 12km, Moesgaard Museum 10km, Aarhus downtown 7km.
