Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hiroshima

The hospitality of the two hosts was very warm, and we were able to relax with the children as if they were coming to a relative's house.They also led us to a festival in the neighborhood, and it was a great summer vacation to watch the great fireworks.Thank you!

The house, while close to the road, has to actually drive in a little more, so it's very quiet at night, no worries at all about the loud noise and being able to have a good time at ease. Parking is super easy, there is a dedicated garage, no worries about finding a spot.Bikes are also available, ready to ride out and hang out, super suitable for travelers who love to explore the local surroundings! The house has a lot of space, the room is super warm, and it doesn't feel cold to stay in the winter, it's super comfortable to stay inside.The bathroom is clean and perfect, the focus is that the hot water is super large, the bath is super refreshing, the water pressure is stable, the entire person relaxes the fatigue of the trip! The kitchen is super-equipped, and there are all kinds of pots and pans, cooking utensils, and those who love to cook their own meals will love.And there is also a warm table, as soon as you sit in, you can feel the strong Japanese feel, really super atmospheric, it is completely a winter salvation! In the end, a special thanks to the host, super sweet, not only attentive but also helped us to take pictures of the memories, really felt very warm.This trip is because the house has become even nicer and I hope I will definitely stay again sometime in the future! We used it as a home for 7 adults and 1 toddler. I was separated into a private car group and a bullet train group, but it was really helpful that they were flexible not only from the nearest station to the inn, but also from the inn to the destination. It was used in January, but we had an air conditioner, stove, kotatsu, and warm futons, and we had a comfortable stay. The road to the inn is sloppy and narrow, so it will be a little hard to see at first glance in a large car, but it was no problem if you go through the road on the map you shared. It was a nice and warm place to stay again.

Nice and cosy place for family with 2 kids. The host is very thoughtful, she turned on the warmer so that we can check-in to a warm and comfortable house in the cold weather. 7-Eleven is just a stone throw away and there are supermarket, Daiso and many restaurants and cafés around the area.

Had a lovely and comfortable stay at Yumi’s. Spacious for 3 of us, beds were comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with all the needed condiments. We also enjoyed movie nights as we could watch Netflix.

My family and my dog were happy.

Mayumi is a great host! Her home is delicious and extremely typical, still maintaining all the necessary amenities. She welcomed us in a very sweet way and it was wonderful to spend time with her! Thanks again for your great tips!

I had a comfortable stay in a beautiful room. Regarding the location, it was close to Hiroshima Station and there was also a parking lot, so it was helpful to gather with various transportation methods. I'd love to stay again if I ever come back to Hiroshima.

Michinari’s place is so beautiful and clean. Decor was a beautiful mix of modern and traditional Japanese. The building is beautiful and feels safe. The location is great near public transportation.

Awesome little spot! Walking distance to a ton of resturaunts, the river, castle, and peace memorial park. Really enjoyed our time here, definitely reccomend if you're in Hiroshima!

Great location. Overall loved it. Would recommend. Was a little hard to locate the entrance (google maps put me in a park at the back at first and I had to ask a shop owner for directions - but he got me there). It was on the 3rd floor and no elevator (but the description does note this). The second floor has a Japanese curry restaurant, and the smell of curry is pretty strong (it's only faint in the apartment itself), which is OK if you like the smell of curry (I do). I visited in December and the place did get quite chilly even with the heat on, but there were plush duvets on the beds. It's listed as 4 people - technically this is correct (there are two double beds) - but the beds are right next to each other and you can't move them so you'd need to be pretty comfortable with a close sleeping arrangement with all four people. The location is fantastic though - walkable to pretty much everything and just down from a large shopping district.

Amazing stay with plenty of room. Travel along with 2 friends and the comforts along with the surroundings made the stay in Hiroshima even better. I would definitely go back

Fantastic stay! The place was clean and had all the mentioned amenities! The host is very responsive and friendly. It is only a 3mins walk to the local tram station. We had a great time!

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in Japan. It’s a gem: cozy, comfortable beds, clean (seriously spotless), plenty of towels, roomy (for four people), 7-Eleven is right across the street, train is a 3 min walk, plenty of shops and places to eat all within the vicinity- it doesn’t get much better. Five stars and highly recommended!

It was used by six family members. After sightseeing in Miyajima, I entered the city and stayed here.It was a rental car, but there was a coin parking lot right next door, so it was very convenient to grab and drop off luggage for children.Non-contact check-in was also smooth. The room was spacious and the bed was clean and nice. The next day, we went to the Peace Memorial Park and the Atomic Bomb Dome, which was very close and convenient.

A great little apartment in Hiroshima a short 10 minute walk to the Peace park and museum. The apartment is spacious and super clean. The only thing to note is if you have people going to bed at different times all the beds and living space are together so that could be tricky.

We had some trouble finding the apartment initially, having been dropped off around the corner. The host responded quickly to my questions and helped put us right. We also had some other minor trouble that the host addressed promptly and thoughtfully. The apartment had everything we needed, even a photocopier for our ID documents, and was spotless and comfortable. We will stay again if we return to Hiroshima in the future!

This place was nice, roomy and clean. The futon was really uncomfortable but if you don’t need to use it to sleep on the place was perfect! I would highly recommend!

Great okonomiyaki restaurant right nearby (OK Teppan). Very easy to take the tram to Hiroshima station. Close to Yamato if you want to do luggage forwarding. Spacious place and amenities smell nice. Heater is nice to have. The sliding door blocks sound out well enough so if you do laundry you won’t be bothered by the noise. Comfortable bed. Would stay again.
