A fantastic place to stay! We travel all over and this was definitely a great choice! Come all the way from Las Vegas, USA... truly enjoyed the hosts, responsiveness, and excellent communication, perfect description, and super clean place! You can walk right to the beach in under a minute! Plenty of food around the area, stop looking and just go ahead and book this place ! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excelente alojamiento. Francisco fue un anfitrión muy amigable y pro activo. Junto a Junior fueron muy útiles para aclarar las dudas o ayudarnos ante cualquier necesidad. El alojamiento coincide con el publicación y se encuentra en un lugar muy tranquilo.

I just returned from my 5 day 4 night trip and I did not want to leave! This place is a MUST! WORTH EVERY PENNY! This house was simply AMAZING! I recommend hiring the chef, trust me, it's worth it. You just have to purchase the food and they take care of the rest. We did the catamaran excursion to cayo arena and had the best time! we also did the ATV's and that was also fun. Jet skis are also available in the area. I recommend contacting the host and having him help you with planning the excursions. While the beach was right in front of the property, you can take a quick 5 mins drive and go to La Encenada beach. The staff was awesome! Henry, was very responsive and always available. I can't get over how amazing they were. Attention to detail, made you feel right at home. Soraya (the chef) was a gem! Jella and Laila were also very accommodating. And finally Octavio, the property manager was always there to answer any questions or acquire anything that was needed during our stay. 10/10

I had a wonderful stay at Amira's Airbnb! The place was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The pool looked amazing, even though I didn’t have the chance to use it, but it certainly added to the charm. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and the Monumento, making it easy to explore the area. Amira, the host, was very responsive and friendly, ensuring that everything went smoothly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the self-check-in and check-out process, which was super convenient. Highly recommend this place!

It was amazing! Definitely exceeded our expectations. The place was spot on clean and very comfortable for a group of 4. Kitchen was fully equipped, we were able to cook several meals during our stay. Bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. The secondary bedroom has a very nice balcony but unfortunately it was not furnished. Overall the complex has gorgeous surroundings and the pool was wonderful, we ordered a few drinks from the bar and the service was great. Luis was very responsive and clear on instructions. We definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

The place was amazing. Amazing views, quiet, super relaxing. When I had any questions Janet was super fast to respond , super friendly and overall a fantastic host. Anything you need is within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

Wow ..what an amazing time!!!!! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The views, the easy check in , friendly welcome & beautiful space were amazing. So many great local places to eat so the location was perfect and it’s the only apartment in the complex so we enjoyed the privacy; felt very luxury. Alex was very proactive in communicating & made check in and check out a breeze! The highlight : what a view on the roof patio !!! Worth every penny. We will definitely be back!!!

First let us tell you how helpful Osiris was right from booking to checkout. We had flight delays and trouble with our airport transfer company and he went above and beyond to help us. He was always super quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. The view from the balcony of the condo was amazing. The kitchen is well equipped for a long stay and the beds are very comfortable. We were a group of 4 adults and the size of the condo was perfect. All of the staff at the facility were extremely helpful and friendly. Even though we didn't speak much Spanish they always found a way to help us. The building and the surrounding grounds were extremely clean and tidy. The little snack and beverage bar by the pool was great and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!!!

2nd visit to Giovanni’s place and always amazed by the excellent service and clean condo/penthouse. Magical location with comfort for all guests with amazing landscapes and incredible rooftop deck. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Sosua/Cabarete. I will return again soon for the 3rd time. Thank you Gio!

Loved the condo and the view! Vicki was awesome.

Our stay was incredible! This beautiful apartment is extremely spacious! The walk in closets and huge bathrooms were big pluses! It opens right up to the grass and pool area where there is a huge playground that my kids loved and a beautiful relaxing pool, 2 jacuzzis and shallow kids pool. The pool bar is great and you can order from the delicious restaurant next door. The apartment is beautifully decorated, has way more than even my own kitchen has, and has central air conditioning! The temperature was always pleasant and was easy to control ourselves! The dishwasher and drinking water right at the sink were great! We had the time of our lives and LOVED this place. It was perfect for our family and a beautiful vacation especially for families with kids. 1000% recommend!
