I absolutely loved this house! It had plenty of space for my family and me, and the neighborhood was fantastic. The home was spotless and smelled amazing when we arrived, making us feel instantly comfortable. I would definitely stay here again for another vacation!

Great villa, quiet and very relaxing. The pool and bbq were so convenient to keep everything at our own pace, muy tranquilo. Sosua Ocean Village was quiet, felt 100% safe the whole time. The food and view at Maria’s was awesome. There was some construction around us but nothing intrusive or too loud.

The Airbnb was in a great location. The owner communicated well and supported all my needs. The best part was the convenience of the nearby restaurant, pools, and 24-hour security. I highly recommend it—10/10.

This is our second stay at Giovanni's condo, with a family of 5, and we are still as satisfied. The roof terrace and swing are much appreciated. Several excursions are possible, 10 minutes by taxi, whether it is the beautiful beaches of Sosua and Alicia, that of Cabarete, the Seahorse Ranch market, and excellent restaurants, etc. JustAddRice's services complete the food offer. Thanks to Giovanni and Angele for their quick answers to our questions. We'll be back next year! Francine and family.

It was a beautiful experience to have known the Dominican Republic and its charms. My family and I, we were totally happy, we hope to come back. An important factor was the accommodation in this nice apartment, everything was clean, tidy, adequate, very well attended, totally recommended.

Great place, very clean

I was there for a family gathering and I just needed a place to stay while I was out and about. I booked this literally at4pm to check in that same day and Miliciades was very responsive on how to enter the location and all. The photos the host sent to guide me showed the place with different paint colors so they may want to update that , but that is very minimal to how kind and convenient the place is. Close enough to the Main Street but private enough you feel and see Mother Nature when you’re looking out of the big open penthouse space. Rooms are good sizes and bathroom works well. I didn’t cook on this trip so kitchen was not used but everything was great for what I needed it to be. A clean place to sleep with ac and hot water and beautiful views

Fantastic location in the Colonial Zone where everything is well within walking distance. Being in the midst of it allows you to experience the history and culture of the area. We felt very safe and residents were friendly and helpful. A great plus was having Susanne’s taxi friend available for transportation needs. Besides picking us up from the airport initially, we hired him to take us to the north end of the country and bring us back to Santo Domingo later. He goes anywhere in the country and gives a great rate to those who stay at Susanne’s property. We really enjoyed the total privacy of this roomy property. It has a nice plunge pool to relax in at any time. We’ve stayed at a number of airbnbs and this was one of our favorites.

Norma and all the staffs are excellent and very responsive. The location is very good and all you need are nearby. We had a really great time there and will be back to this house next time.

This was my second full-week stay at Casa Pantheon and once again, it was incredible. My first trip was August 2023 for my birthday and bachelor party. This time, it was for my friend’s first international trip and his birthday. We stayed from April 2–10, 2025. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly located in the heart of Zona Colonial. The jacuzzi, sauna, and pool made it even better. Walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and historical sites. Pierre is an outstanding host — very responsive and professional. Every detail from check-in to check-out was seamless. Whether it’s your first visit or a return trip, Casa Pantheon gives you a real Dominican Republic experience. Thank you again, Pierre — we’re already looking forward to coming back!

I can’t recommend this place enough! It is incredibly spacious for two people. The lawn and pool are meticulously kept. There is a small market walking distance. We truly loved our stay!

Great place to stay. Very beautiful

We LOVED our stay at this beachfront condo. It was the best of both worlds - resort amenities, with the privacy of your own villa on the water with your very own plunge pool. Can't get much better than that! We never used the main pool so we avoided the crowds. The beach was literally 15 steps away. We hopped from the beach to our private pool all day. There's an outdoor shower right next to the condo to easily wash off before getting into the pool as to not get sand in it - very convenient! The condo itself was perfect for our needs and just as described on the listing. Tatianna was easy to communicate with, very friendly, and quick to respond. Instructions for the condo were easily laid out. We would love to visit and stay at this beachfront condo again!
