Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Hitchcock

The apartment building is easy to locate and accessible if you are using ride shares. It is close to Rice University, which is the reason for our visit. The apartment is free of clutter and has all you need. It also has a great location near many places to eat at walkable distance. Will definitely book Katie's place if visiting Houston again!

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive, which made the experience smooth. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again in the future!

Stayed for 3 days. Great location for us. A block from whatever you need. Exactly as the pictures. We will be staying there again the following week. Great host.

This place was absolutely perfect!! I was here for an extended time for a rotation at the hospitals and this place was a perfect place to stay for that. It was private and walkable to the hospitals. I felt very safe and it started to feel like my own place after just a week! The amenities in the complex are great and the apartment was stocked with everything I needed as far as laundry, dishwasher, kitchen, and bathroom! 10/10 would recommend for long or short periods of time!

I was in Houston to visit MD Anderson. The apartment is located close to the Medical Center, an easy walk in good weather. They have a free shuttle that was also very helpful, especially when the weather was worse. Everyone at the Latitude was friendly and responded to my questions and requests. The apartment I stayed in was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the city. Unfortunately the apartment I originally reserved was unavailable when I arrived due to a water leak. Ed quickly set me up with another, by chance, larger apartment, so I still had accommodations. Ed was easy to reach and communicate with. I was able to have groceries and food delivered to the apartment. The apartment is also accesible if you are using a wheelchair. Ed responded to my questions quicly and helpfully. I would recommend this apartment with out reservation.

We had 75 degree weather and rain for 5 days straight in July. Who would have thought?! Having the hot tub and fire pit really saved the trip for us. We did make it down to the beach each day for a couple hours but it was rainy and cool so we came back and warmed up in the hot tub. House was very clean and had a great selection of beach toys to borrow. Terrible mosquitos, but I think thats normal for the area and the amount of rain. Overall we had a nice time and would return. My husband and I stayed 3 nights at this beautiful home. We cannot say enough about how nice and cozy the home was for us and very well stocked with everything we needed. The location was absolutely stunning, you couldn't get closer to the water, the view and sounds of the waves were so relaxing. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance and if you want to walk or drive a little bit further there's Sharky's with live music. We'll definitely make this our beach house location.

Excellent spot on the water. I was able to keep my 24' boat in the wet slip overnight. The place felt brand new. Will absolutely be back.

We loved staying here and really enjoyed how close we were to the beach and Galveston!! Gretchen and Al were so quick to respond and very respectful to us throughout our entire stay. We will definitely be staying at this property again in the future!!

The home was beautiful . Absolutely fell in love with it ,looked just like the photos provided . Definitely would book again! Great host very helpful and responsive .

The house is well stocked with everything you might require during your stay. Scott is a great host who was super helpful and has multiple properties to meet the needs of families wanting to be near Rice Village or the Texas Medical Center

We really enjoyed this place. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Easy walk to the beach and not far from the seawall end. We especially enjoyed the upper patio to view the stars at night and listen to the ocean.

Mary's place is in a great location - easy walk to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc. Mary has this condo extremely well stocked for any cooking or fun activity you have in mind. She is extremely friendly and helpful with ideas on the Galveston area. The neighbors are also very friendly. I highly recommend Mary's place for your vacation to Galveston.

Had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, and well appointed. Walking distance to the beach with beautiful views of the Gulf from all balconies. Check in was extremely easy. Wonderful hosts! We will be back!

This property is incredible! If you’re a family traveling with children, you will LOVE this home! If you’re traveling without kids, you’re still going to love the quiet, tranquil surroundings and welcoming environment. Our family of 9 had lots of space to spread out and live comfortably. Restaurants and grocery are not close by, but if you plan well, you’ll be fine!!

We had a wonderful stay at Rod and Patty’s. Highly recommend this house for your next visit. They had everything you need, were very quick to respond to questions and gave some great recommendations on restaurants! Perfect location and beautiful pools.

Very friendly host, extremely nice location with perfect views. By far one of the best host and stays we have had. Checked on us several times, recommended places, gave great directions on everything about the condo, thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable. Very professional. 5 starts by far.
