very nice apt. near to the tram station no.1 there are two big supermarkets near by.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bianca&Paul's apartment! The place is very clean and beautiful, great ergonomics of the space and a cozy atmosphere . The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you need, both for short and long stays. Everything is made professionally and tastefully! Metro station and all the shops you need are within walking distance. Check-in is very comfortable. I liked absolutely everything, so we would love to come back! ❤️

To begin with, I want to express how wonderful Helga and her husband are as hosts. Communication with them was excellent. The house itself is truly unique, instantly making you feel welcomed and at ease. The garden is like something out of a dream while hearing the birds singing in the morning while the city of Vienna awakes. The house has a wonderful character and energy that you can only experience here. And yes, as an artist... this cute house with a garden has been truly inspirational.

Lots of positives, the apartment was extremely clean. Very private and felt safe. Had all the amenities listed and had great instructions for how to use the amenities. Only downside was the boiler made a lot of noise and also had flashes from it, the main issue was due to it being right next the bed that’s why the noises bothered. Great place would come back!

We spent a few days around New Year's Eve in Leitzersdorf and loved it. The location – near Vienna yet wonderfully quiet – was perfect. The house had enough space for eight, a spacious kitchen and a huge living room, plus three bedrooms upstairs and room for about four downstairs. A special highlight was the sauna: after a walk in the cold, we were able to warm up there wonderfully in the evening. The large garden is also a plus and in summer certainly even more beautiful, although the pool can also be used. The host was always available, responded quickly and had helpful tips ready for us. We especially enjoyed the homemade jam 😃 We can fully recommend the house and the hosts – maybe we'll come back!

The location is so convenient to transport, shops, cafe and close to sights. It was a wonderful place to stay for our family

It was really very, very nice. the matrimonial bed was super comfortable, as was the sofa. The kitchen was spacious and easy to move around. It was really cozy and pleasant. Everything was clean and quiet. You just had time to yourself. We will be happy to come back. Also, the host was very friendly and always available if anything came up. The bathroom and everything around it was clean. A clear recommendation from us :)

Fantastic host, always so responsive and helpful, with clear straightforward instructions. Very easy check in. Apartment was clean bright and bedrooms a great size. Kitchen is a small galley kitchen and there is no living room etc, so may not be ideal for families, but that didn't bother us. Kitchen had everything we needed. We were 5 adults attending a run in the Park beside Praterstraße Train station , so this location was ideal. The two bathrooms and showers was a great help also. Lots of cafes and restaurants around the area also, and there's easy access to the central city as this apartment is beside the train & tram station. I'd highly recommend this place
