Hotel holiday rentals in Hoàn Kiếm

I had an amazing stay! The room is very comfortable and tidy, and they make sure to keep it that way by cleaning it daily (during the time the room is empty). The location is very convenient as it is surrounded by many cafes, restaurants, bakeries, shops, pubs, etc. I also found a close money exchange store near by (with really cheap exchange rates!!) The staff is really friendly and did amazingly well at making my stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you very much for contributing to this great travel experience!

Gorgeous place in a perfect location! It’s above an optics shop and the staff in the shop is so friendly, elevator out the back takes us up to our rooms. Clean and spacious rooms, best air conditioning units we’ve had in Vietnam! Kept us so cool. Great location, lots of food and coffee available as you step outside. Our hosts were amazing! Very responsive, and provided us with all the information pre arrival, such a smooth check in. My favourite airbnb!

Our stay at the Matilda Boutique Hotel was fantastic. - The communication in advance was simple and fast. - The location is very central in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. But in the room itself it was incredibly quiet. There was no noise pollution from outside. The room was spotlessly clean and really tastefully decorated. - The breakfast was varied, fresh and of very high quality. - Great service - even on short notice. All in all, one could not be better off at this price. We would go there again any time. I can only warmly recommend it

I stayed here for 4 nights,the comments are below. 1.The host is very friendly and helped me booking the airport pick-up service.Self-checkin instructions are very clear and can easy to find the location. 2.The room is clean and comfortable.Have a small kitchen and there are washing machine and dryer on the 6th floor. 3.Although the location is outside the Hanoi old quarters,it’s still easy to get there by grab bike.There are many local restaurants and coffee shop. I had a great time staying here.Thank you so much.

Very good. The only issue I ran into was the wifi signal.

Great stay at a convenient location. The staff is (particularly Hana) incredibly helpful! They went above and beyond to help me as I got sick in Hanoi and I’ll always be grateful for their support. Being sick in a foreign country is scary but I felt so safe and taken care of. Really can’t say enough praises for what they did for me!

The hospitality was amazing. Katie and Marshall ensured we had a memorable stay. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offered tips for local sightseeing, offered us vegetarian food in breakfast.
