Beautiful location, I can recommend it to everyone!

The apartment was very clean and spacious for two people. The kitchen has got basic utensils, but a simple food or breakfast can be prepared. The location is amazing if you like being close to nature. We loved the quiet, rural environment. We didn't meet with Bettina in person, but the communication with her was smooth. Overall, we enjoyed your stay and recommend this place.

Our weekend in Alexander's wonderful treehouse was a real highlight! The cottage is designed with a lot of love – small but cozy and perfect for two. Despite the fancy pellet stove, it was chubby warm thanks to radiant heaters. Everything was clean, the bed super comfortable and we slept amazingly. The separating toilet is well maintained, only the water became lukewarm – but completely fine for one night. Alexander was an exceptionally warm host, always available, helpful and accommodating. He took great care of us, organized the access perfectly (despite being late on our part🫣) and even allowed us a late checkout. Especially great: Although otherwise a minimum stay of 2 nights applies, we were only allowed to spontaneously stay one night – at a very fair price. We felt completely comfortable and are very happy to come back for a little break in the forest!

We spent a few days around New Year's Eve in Leitzersdorf and loved it. The location – close to Vienna and yet wonderfully quiet – was perfect. The house offered enough space for eight people, a spacious kitchen and a huge living room, plus three bedrooms upstairs and space for about four people downstairs. A special highlight was the sauna: After a walk in the cold, we could warm up wonderfully there in the evening. The large garden is also a plus and in summer certainly even more beautiful, even if the pool can be used. The host was always available, responded quickly and had helpful tips ready for us. We especially enjoyed the homemade jam 😃 We can fully recommend the house and the hosts – maybe we'll come back!

I recommend this accommodation for a longer stay, great space for business trips. The place is clean and comfortable. Pleasant communication with the owner Timea. We will surely come back again. 🙂

Thanks for having us. The house is actually bigger inside than the photos make it appear. Lovely garden and outside deck/terrace areas. The parking is a huge plus as it seems to be very difficult to park long term in Vienna as a non-resident. If you have a large car, getting out onto the road can be an issue due to the one way street and parked cars though. The house is located very close to the tram and is about a 20 minute ride from the city centre. Looking forward to staying again 🙂

My husband, my father and I had a 1 night stay at Michael's place, for us it was exactly what we needed - a comfy place to rest for the night on our relocation-moving-house road trip in our way to Rotterdam, with rapid connection to the highway. The place is big enough to host an entire family comfortably, it is super clean and it also provides a safe parking space, within the house yard, big enough to fit an entire van (which was super important for us). Moreover, our little cat travelling with us, felt right at home instantly. Michael was super responsive, provided all the necessary details for our check in and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this place.
