Mellisa’s place was way bigger than the description. It was so clean and spacious. It had everything we would need and more! Conveniently located and good parking. We would love to come back again!

The property exceeded our expectations. It was a short staycation while we had work done at our home. It was clean and well located. Reasonably priced and a bonus was the king and queen sized bed. Philip responded promptly to all my questions. I would recommend this property.

A beautiful, quiet, modern unit with a fantastic kitchenl and lovely pot plants. Has everything you need. It is our second stay there and will stay again. Can definitely recommend.

Extremely well maintained space, lovely and proactive host, very responsive on the chat. Fresh linen and towels were provided. The place has 3 bedroom, with beds in 2 of the bed rooms. Has an outdoor dining table, and 2 indoor tables. The longe room has air con and heater. The couch is one the most comfortable ones ever. Plenty of plants in the backyard that are well maintained. 1.8km drive to the Sanctuary lakes mall. Will find everything there. The reason to choose this place was for its quick access to the freeway and the best value for money places on offer in the surroundings. Washer , dryer, free Wi-Fi, microwave, dishwasher, adequate cooking utensils and dinner ware, It was nice to have been provided with basic seasonings, and olive oil in the pantry for some basic cooking. Will definitely return for our future Melbourne visits.

Fabulous stay here! The apartment is fantastic - bright, clean and has everything you need. The location is great - short walk to transport and cafes etc and communication with Ralph was easy. We had a great time and would def stay again and recommend to others. Thanks for having us.

The house was lovely to be in, I felt safe and it was a quiet area (local traffic noise still, but quiet in the street and from neighbours) Had everything I needed and was relatively close to cafes and shops to walk or drive. My msgs were responded to very quickly also.

The host and place were awesome. Great location. Excellent for families. Would definitely come back.

Diana’s house is super clean and beautiful, we had such great time here. It is bigger than the picture with plenty space for kids to play. Diana is really nice, she came to the house in person to help the outage due to bad weather. We will definitely to choose Diana’s house when we come back!

Shannon's place was very clean and comfortable. It was newly renovated so looked very nice and new. The beds and bedding were all super comfortable and we felt at home. When we needed more toilet paper or anything else, Shannon was very responsive and helpful. This is a quiet little neighborhood and only 15 minute walk to the Newport train station. It was a great stay!
