First of all, it's warm and nice ^ ^ The bedding was clean and I didn't use the kitchen, but it was tidy. The couple poodle team went, but since it was winter, the pension was cold, so I went here, and I was very satisfied.

It was my first trip to Seoul with my friends, and it was close enough to walk to Jamsil Seokchon Lake. The bedding was so heavy that it was so comfortable. Instead, it's an old building, so it wasn't soundproofed well (you can hear the dog barking when you press the bell). I played quietly as much as I noticed!! Overall, I had a very satisfactory stay ~ ~ ~ ~

The host was so kind, and it was so nice to be in touch! The room was really clean and the facilities were good, so I had a good time at a good price.

The location of this place was outstanding. Within a few minutes of walk, I could go to Lotte malls, grocery store, book store and subway and lake. I couldn’t ask for more for three week long stay. The area felt very safe even late at night. The apartment unit was very bright with lots of light coming in with southern exposure. It was nicely remodeled and updated. Furniture was classic as picture shown. Comfortable beddings and lots of live house plants. Host was very easy to communicate and very responsive. Thanks for accommodating early check in. When flight arrives very early in the morning, it was extremely helpful. The entire apartment complex looked well maintained except the appearance was a little outdated which really didn’t matter. Thanks for the wonderful stay. I wish I will be able to stay when I visit Seoul next time.

It was very pleasant stay, even in the coldest season the flat was warm & cozy. Su is very attentive and kept the flat in good condition. Many thanks to Su and I will return on my next Seoul trip!!!

At first we were given directions to a different Airbnb, but Gun was able to assist us find the right place. He also gave us a tour of the neighborhood! The laundry machine lid had problems but Gun and his father were able to fix the problem quickly. The neighborhood is super walkable, lots to eat, grocery stores are nearby, along with traditional Korean markets. The airbnb does have two flights of steep stairs, so those booking should be aware. We had a great stay and loved the locals in the area - especially the bunsiks (분식).

Honestly, the accommodation I only want to know about, or the owner was so kind, and the accommodation was so nice I hope you have a great time. It's in the same condition as the photos, and everything from the bedroom bedding to the towels is well done. The bathroom and pool are so clean and well done Kitchen utensils, disposable sponges, anecdotal bags, first aid medications It was a space where I could feel the host's delicate consideration, so I had a comfortable stay. One thing that was unfortunate was that I traveled with my family every year. It was so bad that we came together for the first time, and it was such a shame that we came to such a nice accommodation. The intention to revisit was good enough to book again next month. During my stay, the couch was so comfortable that I looked it up. It was a no-brainer... lol It was my first time staying in a high-end accommodation with even a sofa. If you're thinking about it, I don't think you'll regret it.

I've spent the night with my family as comfortably as my home. But... it was a little disappointing that there was no Elbe. I don't know if it's because there are a lot of people staying, but the smell of the blanket After a little bit, I bought a bucket of Febreze and sprayed it, and it was okay. Other than that, I was satisfied with the rest.

I don't think the photos show 100% of the value of the place. It was an accommodation that exceeded my expectations. I think there will be a different charm in spring, summer, and autumn. I visited in the snowy winter, and I want to visit in the green spring and summer or autumn fall when there are foliage! The host's senses seemed to be embedded in each of the objects or furniture. We had a great time!

It was a gathering with friends, and it was a little difficult to find a place to stay because of the large number of people, but I finally found a place to stay and had a good time with my friends! I'm willing to visit again next time!
