Cabin holiday rentals in Hohentauern

The cabin is beautifully and modernly furnished without losing its rustic charm. Highlights include, of course, the hot tube and the sauna with fantastic views. There was almost nothing missing in terms of amenities. There are enough towels of different sizes and the kitchen and bathrooms were already equipped with standard consumables.( Shampoo, aluminum foil, baking paper, garbage bags, etc. and even spices) Kerstin's communication was quick and straightforward by phone, even though they were on vacation themselves. When we arrived, the tiled stove was already heated, the small wine shelf filled with a selection of good wines and a schnappy meal was on the table to welcome you. All in all, a nice holiday despite the bad weather. I'd love to come back.

We felt very comfortable in the very well-kept and well-equipped wooden cottage with the small barrel sauna. As non-skiers, we had "good terrain" to walk. Thanks to the friendly hosts - we'd love to come back or recommend the chalet!

The host was great, he was very polite and was ready to adapt to our needs. The house was very cozy and beautiful. The location is great if you are planing to travel by car otherwise it is quite remote.

Hi everyone! The cabin is as described, check in very easy! Andi responded immediately to small requests and provided help if needed. Since it is a cabin, take house patches with you, there is enough firewood but no lighter(probably someone took it with you). Sauna is beautiful, jacuzzi a dream! There are 2 bathrooms, 3 double beds, all available in the kitchen! A good inn nearby and best ski resorts!

We had a very nice time in the cottage. The two children enjoyed the animals & the many play opportunities on the outdoor area. It was all very clean and well maintained and even more beautiful than in the pictures. Thanks to the sauna and hot tub, we were able to relax well and the view was fantastic on all sides!

Cosy cottage, beautiful views

It’s a homey, clean and sweet place. Despite the freezing weather we were never cold thanks to the floor heating. The quiet was also real nice after a day of sightseeing. I recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at David's Chalet. It's beautiful from the inside just like in the photos and the view. David is a fabulous host and was very helpful. It's a very special place. We would come back any time!

Beautiful, cozy holiday home with everything you need for a few days of relaxation. Nice surprise on arrival with chocolate and sparkling wine! Monika was always easily accessible and there were still many helpful instructions in the house. The living room is a little dark - you want to sit outside at the dining table or in the warm season during the day and sunshine. The sauna is great!

Perfect place to relax for a few days in nature. There were two of us with a dog and we enjoyed the cottage to the fullest. You really don't see or hear anyone - except the chickens walking around the garden:-) The place was just as described and communication with Kim was always super quick, accommodating and friendly.

Really a very nice location with a lovely view. The cabin is equipped with everything you need. Even sharp knives ;-). We liked to use the barrel sauna, even if the sauna stove cost us a few nerves. Host was quick to answer any questions and extremely friendly. Since we were in the cabin in the fall, it was quite cool. Warm blankets are plentiful and the house gets warm quite quickly due to the oven in the kitchen. The farmed neighboring farm can hardly be perceived by the grounds and offers the advantage of warm kitchen, a playground for the children, as well as 3 cute pigs. I would highly recommend this home.

Andreas Hütte is cozy and lovingly furnished. We didn't miss anything during a week-long stay. Self-catering is easily possible in the fully equipped kitchen, but you can also dine well on the farmed huts that are easy to hike. The arrival is explained in detail by Andrea and the walk in winter takes about 15 minutes with luggage. Everything is as described and in the photos. We had a wonderful time. A warm thank you to the hostess!

Would recommend to anyone who needs a relaxing break. Dream house and environment.

Very nice and cozy cabin. All things for daily use were available and even more :) A very well furnished children's room with children's books and toys. Very nice quiet location with large property and nice views. I'd love to come back ;)

We had a pleasant stay!

We were two families (7 people), and the house was spacious and very well furnished—you’ll find everything you need, including toys for kids. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, with a nice view from the balcony. The RieserAlm ski resort is just a 5-minute drive away. It’s a small resort, but the slopes are perfectly maintained, never crowded (even on weekends), and great for small children and beginners. Klaus is a fantastic host—very helpful and always available. We were extremely happy with everything. We will come again. :)

Very accommodating and dedicated team! The cabin was just the right place for a break from the daily hustle and bustle, not for nothing "off-grid".
