Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Holderness

We stayed here with our family for our wedding at castle in the clouds and this was the PERFECT location to get ready and relax before and after the wedding. It’s gorgeous, spacious, and Tamara is an absolutely lovely host and helpful when we had any questions. We booked the house across the street from her too for the wedding party and it was so nice to have a quiet family complex!

A great stay for my family of six. 20 min access to ski at Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain. House was clean, warm, and easy to access. Quiet and remote, but a handful of restaurants are reachable within a 10-15 min drive.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. You can’t beat the location, so close to downtown North Conway, Cranmore, Whitaker woods, etc. it was SPOTLESS, insanely clean, amazing amentities, there were even hand warmers for us to use! They didn’t miss a thing. This space has everything you need and then some. The woodstove is amazing, comfortable beds, hot water with great pressure and a movie room!! Such a responsive host with clear instructions . 10/10 would stay here again!

We had a lovely stay here. Not only was the place comfortable, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, there were so many wonderful little details like the extra toiletries in the bathrooms, the nook with beanbag chairs under the stairs, and all the games and toys for the kids to explore. We would definitely book again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Roy's place. The home was just as expected (and super clean) and had plenty of space for my husband, me, and our three adult children. The kitchen was well appointed, and we all loved the large space downstairs for movie watching, darts and playing board games. The neighborhood was quiet and a short walk to the lake. I had a few questions when we arrived, and Roy was very responsive. We will certainly return to this beautiful spot.

Tara was a great host, which any questions she got back to us with the answers almost immediately. The home was just as beautiful as the view and was a quick distance to the center of town. Fantastic place to gather with family for a cozy weekend in the woods. Most definitely will be staying with her listing again in the future!

Our party had a great stay at Julie's home! The house is so well stocked and so many logical choices were made by Julie to make the stay as convenient and effortless as possible. The hot tub was awesome, the lower floor was cozy and fun with plenty of games, and the layout was great for the two kids and two adults. The entire house was very clean and comfortable. Julie was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay. She also had a basket of goodies waiting for us on arrival. I would love to come back in the summer months to kayak on the lake. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Very accommodating host and great location. Was a perfect place to stay for our hiking trip in the White Mountains.

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

My husband, three sons (ages 17, 15, and 10) and I stayed at Cynthia's place for two nights on a ski trip to Loon Mountain. It was perfect for our needs. The place is well described on the listing, and the instructions were clear, so everything was as expected. Cynthia's place was clean, comfortable, and a great location. We found it very convenient to get to the mountain and also go out to eat at night. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast before heading out for the day. It was an easy, comfortable place to stay after a long day of skiing. We would stay again!

The “Keep” meet our needs for an overnight stay while visiting the Ice castles. Randy was very accommodating in allowing us to check in early because we were traveling with a toddler and needed to give her some play time after a long car ride. It’s very close to many attractions and restaurants yet not in the thick of things. I would definitely stay here again when visiting this area of New Hampshire.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Everything was clean and exactly as described. The space was super cozy, and we LOVED the location - so convenient to some of our favorite restaurants in downtown Littleton and Bethlehem. Also a very easy drive to Loon so that I could ski during the day! The private entrance and private fenced-in yard were bonuses - our 2 labs loved having the freedom to run around and explore! Stephen was very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

What a fabulous AirBnB! Stayed here one night for a ski weekend and was very impressed. It’s even nicer than the photos / listing. Very spacious room and bed, large open living area and kitchen, lovely bath. There’s a little noise above (it’s an in-law apartment below the hosts’ home) but nothing significant; it only stands out because the area is so quiet and serene. The hosts also left a helpful book with local recommendations. Highly recommend.

We visited to ski over the weekend and Scott and Jennifer’s place was perfect! About 25min to Loon, a nice little restaurant about 30sec up the street, all in all a great weekend. We arrived late at night so it would’ve been difficult to find which unit was theirs had they not had sent concise instructions. They even waited up for us to arrive and welcome us in! Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Place was very clean. Gas fireplace was great. Nice big couch. Lots of towels. Comfortable bed. Convenient to attitash and wildcat.

This was our second stay at Bill's Airbnb, and it was just as fantastic as the first! The location is great, and Nordic Village Resort has lots of amenities for families. Bill's condo is clean and comfortable, with a cozy fireplace and a spacious king-size bed. We loved the updated bathroom, especially the jacuzzi tub! We’re looking forward to staying here again in the future.

This was the perfect condo for our NH getaway. We loved the beautiful location, with a gorgeous view of the mountains and river. It was so cozy inside and the fireplace was perfect. Trish had everything you needed to feel comfortable and at home. The condo was very clean and we loved the modern updates that were done throughout. It’s also very close to Loon Mountain and to the downtown Lincoln area with plenty of food options! Trish was also very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous time at Meg’s Condo. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless! Also the beds were very very comfortable!! Highly recommend this to anyone!!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It’s cozy and well-equipped, with a lovely fireplace that made our evenings so relaxing. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from Attitash Ski Resort, which made getting to the slopes super easy. Our kids absolutely loved the selection of games, keeping them entertained after a day of skiing. Check-in was seamless, and the hosts were great with communication, making sure everything was smooth from start to finish. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’ll definitely be back!
