We really enjoyed our trip to York and we had a comfortable stay at Russell's place. The location is brilliant, you're basically always around a 20 minute walk from all the main attractions so it's ideal. Would be better if you had parking included but I know that's not always an option.

Great apartment in centre of Malton, few minutes walk to all shops bars and restaurants. Lovely balcony to sit and enjoy glass of fizz in the afternoon lots of sun. Loved the deep bath however, only use hot water on running as runs cold very quickly. Patsy was great very quick to respond and very accommodating with check in / out times. Fantastic apartment within easy walking distance to York city. Richard met us on our first day, and we were able to check in sooner too. Excellent off street secure private parking. Stayed here for a work break and it was the perfect location. The flat is super quiet, which made it ideal for online meetings on Zoom and Teams – the internet connection was reliable throughout my stay. Since I spent a lot of time indoors, I really appreciated how cosy and comfortable it was, making it an excellent base. The cleanliness was outstanding – I was so impressed, I even hoovered a few times myself to keep it spotless! York is a lovely city that I visit a couple of times a year, and this flat definitely made my stay even more enjoyable. I also felt quite safe as a woman on my own there and walking around in the local area. I highly recommend this flat!

Our first Air B&B stay and we were really impressed! Well equipped, clean, comfortable apartment 5 minute taxi ride into York City Centre. You could definitely walk this too if you wanted. Parking no trouble, we parked right outside. Sainsburys a very short walk round the corner. Host was quick to reply if we needed anything but the instructions were very thorough on how to use everything. Heating / shower etc. 10/10 would highly recommend. Thank you!

The apartment was super! Really modern interior, beautifully clean and fresh. Lovey layout, lovely big comfy bed with lovely pillows - always very important to us. Beautifully warm apartment and bathroom. Parking was really easy and we had 2 cars! You will not be disappointed here, its exactly as the pictures show. Jo was a fantastic host and just couldn't do enough for us.

We really enjoyed our stay, the flat had everything we needed and more. We were attending a conference and it was super convenient for the conference centre and all the town centre amenities but still very peaceful. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and we are hoping to stay again next year, thank you.

Aaron is an excellent host. We stayed for a month with our dog. We were made to feel welcome from the start to the end of our visit. The accommodation is great we felt comfortable and relaxed. Sophie's flat is perfect, just beautiful 👌 Really peaceful location with an easy and lovely walk into the centre of Ripon. Ripon itself is fantastic, much more to do and see than we expected. An all-round wonderful holiday!

I think that this was my third stay and I'll be back again. Such a lovely peaceful setting and I always feel right at home. Bex was, as ever, very helpful and friendly in her communication. This is a great stay and great value for money.

What a lovely spacious apartment with lots of natural light coming through the large windows. Spotlessly clean throughout and only a pleasant 10-min walk to the heart of York (Tip: Throughout the day you can cut through the Museum Gardens to get to the centre of town). The host Lisa was very friendly and responsive and we would definitely love to stay again. The city has lots to offer, with many nice pubs and restaurants. Many thanks Lisa!

We booked Graces place to go to a friends 40th birthday party at the mustard pot in chapel Allerton so it was perfect for what we needed and brilliant to be able to walk to and from the party!

The biggest plus with the property is the location and the private parking space. It is a short walk from the centre of York and all the attractions. The accommodation is clean and has everything that is required.

We had a lovely stay, unfortunately only for a night as we were driving through, but would definitely stay again when we’re in the area! :) The place itself is great, with all amenities as listed, and it’s in a beautiful location next to a park (with a playground for kids just outside).

This spot was the perfect quiet getaway, thanks to an amazing host. The serene garden offered an inviting space to unwind and stretch your legs, even if you chose to stay on the property. Martin’s warm hospitality made us feel instantly welcome! his friendliness and attentiveness truly elevated our stay. A hidden gem for relaxation!

Would deffo recommend staying here. We stayed as a family of 4, two young kids, and it was perfect. Very modern, safe parking (EV), and the centre is 10 mins walk. Would stay again!

Really lovely stay in York - the apartment was an easy 10 minute walk into town but meant you could still get away from the hustle in the evening if you wanted to. Everything was as pictured and described - absolutely perfect for a couple’s weekend get away. Kitchen has everything you need - the mini dishwasher was a huge bonus. I know York well but for newbies, there was lots of information and where to go in the welcome folder which is a nice touch. Everything in good condition, no complaints.
