5 stars - Highly recommend! Our stay was just perfect! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and well equipped. I would like to highlight the host, who really went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The communication was always very quick and friendly, and she really took the time to provide us with useful information and recommendations. We felt completely comfortable and highly recommend this place. We'd love to come back anytime!

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The property is very well equipped and very cozy. The area is very quiet and perfectly suited for a relaxing break with your family. All in all, we were very happy with everything and look forward to seeing you again!

Ernst was absolutely amazing, picked us up from the train station and took us back when we left. Even took us to the grocery store multiple times. His family is as inviting as he is and will welcome you like one of their own. Definitely recommend for a quiet weekend of relaxation and peace. Will be back again!!!

Cozy, family atmosphere. There was a wonderful breakfast at Karin's. The apartment is recommended and a good starting point for hikes and wine tasting.

I couldn’t have picked a better place to host my sister when she visited me in Retz. The location is perfect, a quiet street just a stone’s throw away from the Hauptplatz… other sights such as the Dominican church and trails to the famous hill-top windmuhle are at your doorstep. The house is spotless, well-appointed and has a terrific garden area with a terrace and a beautiful view of the Retz town hall clock tower. Communication with Patrícia was great, she was always quick to reply and ready to help, everything went smoothly from the moment we booked. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend.

It was really a wonderful stay in an enchanting environment. The castle is a venerable wall, kept alive by the charming hostess Sabine and designed to be a true place of well-being. I would come back any time I want an atmospheric, quiet vacation.
