Holiday rentals in Holt

Hi everyone, My family and I stayed in Jagtar’s beautiful home for my son’s birthday. This place was a great place to host our event. His home was very clean and clutter free. Him and his co-host always communicated in a fast response. I would definitely book again.

The unit is very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Felt like it had lots of space. There’s a grocery store 2 min down the road so it’s very convenient for picking up and food or drink supplies you need. The only thing I didn’t expect was that there are two other units on this property where people live full time. There’s a small apt. connected to the back of this unit and another unit to the right, but not sharing a wall. It was not a problem and it’s not a complaint, I was just surprised when we arrived late at night and saw and handful of other cars parked out front. Overall a nice place for our 12 hour stay.

The house is located in a good area if you are visiting the Lodi and Stockton area. Easy to find being located on the corner. The air conditioning worked well and the kitchen was nice. The beds were in good condition and the washer & dryer were an added bonus.

Rashad's place is nice and cozy and close to restaurants and things to do very responsive to any questions you might have.

After having rented upwards of 20 homes in state and out through Airbnb And Vrbo, I can say with confidence that Charlene is one of the best hosts we have encountered so far. She was quick to respond to any of our questions or needs. The house was as advertised. Spacious, and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and will certainly return.

Emma is responsive and considerate, ensuring my stay is comfortable from start to finish. Beautiful location!! Emma also leaves freshly picked vegetables and fruits at my door step!! I rebooked the rental property for a longer stay!! Highly recommended!!

Everything was perfect, great space for our daughter and her bridal party (bridesmaids) to get ready on the day of their wedding. Would definitely recommend, owners were very friendly and responsive. Thank you for the lovely weekend.

Very quiet location with breathtaking views, just as the pictures provided illustrate. Beautiful home, immaculate condition w/ no deferred maintenance. Clean and comfortable, ample linens, well stocked kitchen, large L-shaped living room with 4 different areas for seating and gathering, roomy and airy but at the same time cozy and intimate. Well thought out furnishings that fit the spaces perfectly, all the bedrooms are upstairs other than a very nicely appointed master bed and bath downstairs. Addtionally a convenient half-bath downstairs. All in all, the happiest of places to come home to after a day of adventures with hosts that are exceptionally responsive should one have any questions during ones stay. There were seven of us, and this house accommodated individual needs very well, with ample room for different activities at the same time, be it quietly reading, prepping a meal or watching TV. A very special spot.
