Holiday rentals with a patio in Holyoke

Yina's place was perfect! A great loft right next to AJ's Trailside pub and the main downtown so we were able to walk around and eat at the local spots nearby. Everything was very clean and the place had a fridge and coffee maker which was great for our visit. And the most comfortable mattresses ive ever seen at an airbnb. Would love to stay again if im ever back in the area

Wonderful stay with Bruno! He offered us games and puzzles for our time here and was accommodating with us parking our cars. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Elisa's place! The space was impeccably clean and the pictures don't do it justice. The attention to detail was amazing. The beds were so comfortable with the space having so many supplies and amenities we wanted for nothing during our stay. Perfectly located with access to restaurants and local artisan shops, it was convenient to downtown and had ample free parking. Elisa was incredibly accommodating with quick responses. Thank you April! A few friends and I stayed the night at April’s beautiful bnb so we could attend a show in Holyoke. She was clear and communicative, with extremely reasonable house rules. A gorgeous space with a comfy couch, eclectic colors, and the coziest fuzzy blankets on the bed. In the morning, one of my friends left his phone in the bnb post check-out, and she met us at the door to return it to him.

Chase was a great host! The place was just like the pictures. It was extremely clean when we got there. Very private, could not hear neighbors. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. No washer or dryer (as described in listing) but there is a great laundromat nearby within a 4 min drive. Kitchen is fully stocked. Shower gets extremely hot. Wi-Fi is good. Chase was responsive and left food recommendations. Lots of things in the area within 15-30 min drive , good mall, movie theater etc. Aldi and other grocery stores nearby. Overall a great stay, would recommend!

Lindsey is an exceptional host! She was flexible with check-in time as we had to change our flight to an earlier flight to beat the snowstorm! She let us check in as soon as we arrived! The apartment was spotless, nicely decorated, comfortable, warm and spacious! The bathroom heated floors was definitely a plus! Kitchen has necessities we needed to cook! We were there to visit our daughter who’s a student at UMass and loves homemade food! It was great to be able to cook for her! Location is great for visiting parents, only 2 miles to campus! Very close to downtown Amherst, restaurants and stores. Lindsey went above and beyond (specially during the two day of snowstorm) to make sure we’re comfortable. She even shoveled the stairs and driveway several times and between the plows to make sure we can easily get in and out. She had a nice collection of coffee, tea, sugar and even half and half and eggs for us in the fridge!! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back!

This was a lovely stay with a great location near Smith College and downtown of Northampton. The hosts were super nice and very proactive about communication. Instructions for parking and entry were crystal clear and easy. We really appreciated that they provided entry and access info promptly — actually ahead of when promised which gave great peace of mind. The apartment was well equipped and decorated with a cohesive, warm aesthetic. There were clear instructions for all the appliances, which made it easy to use the fireplace, make coffee and tea, do laundry and cook meals. The hosts were very thoughtful and helpful from the original booking throughout the stay.

Heather’s place was very clean and looked just like the pictures, she was very responsive and accommodating I would 10/10 recommend and will be returning! (The gift bag was such a cute touch!)

Lovely house at on a private cul-de-sac. Lots of room for 3 adult couples in town for a family wedding. Well appointed kitchen. Each couple had a separate bathroom, handy when getting ready for the wedding. Enjoyed hanging out in the comfortable common spaces. Sharing take out in the formal dining room one night was a treat. Beautiful back yard with patio and open porch surrounded by trees.

Our work crew said that they found Bob's place full of old-world charm while also providing all the modern necessities. If you're looking for a hip TikTok hang, this may not be the place for you, but if what you want is a clean, comfortable home for relaxing or remote work, Bob's place is highly recommended. It was a welcome respite from long workdays. Bob was easy to work with and the photos are an accurate presentation of the space. Bob even made sure the drive and walk areas were snow and ice free during their stay. Thanks Bob!

Had a great stay in Northampton and the house was great - clean, easy in and out, and very walkable to downtown! Debra was proactive and very responsive, including helpful information about the town and Kris worked to clear the snow/ice and make sure we were able to get in and out through the weekend. Flexible check-in and check-out times were also greatly appreciated - would highly recommend!

What a delightful stay and host. The house was immaculately clean and well upgraded. The extra snacks and toiletries were super nice. Especially since my luggage took an extra day to get to us. Often air BNBs are furnished as an afterthought. This place is live in ready and very comfortable Thanks so much.

We loved Nathania's house! The views were beautiful! It was a great house to have local family over for a gathering (which was the purpose of our visit). We had some snow and ice during our stay, but Nathania and her husband were unexpectedly there, and ensured the snow and ice was dealt with the best they could. We definitely hope to rent again!

So tranquil! Julie’s place was the perfect place for a girls weekend getaway. So much natural sunlight, and a beautifully clean and updated kitchen. We were so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the kitchen pots/pans/knives. Everything was so clean and cozy, we will definitely return!

We stayed at Andrews place for the holidays and it was very comfortable for us to stay while also visiting family. The stairs are a little steep and the bathroom is on the first floor so I wouldn’t suggest having little kids alone upstairs. Other than that, it was well equipped and Andrew checked in frequently to make sure that we had everything we needed.

Superhost ! Was so accommodating to get us in last minute since our other Airbnb didn’t work out. He was so responsive and helpful with the snow storm as well ! We were so glad to have found this gem and have such a gracious host. The location is perfect and walkable to all the restaurants and markets. Also 15 mins away from Berkshire East ! This was a great find and we are thankful for it !

Very responsive to my questions and reservation changes! The condo was spacious and cozy, we had a ton of room and it was nice to have separate rooms between the people staying with us. It was great to spend Christmas there - and even have a real tree provided!

I had the pleasure of staying at the place owned by Gladys, and it was an unforgettable experience. When I arrived late at night, Gladys came to ensure my comfort and make me feel welcome. She greeted me warmly and even provided a snack, which was a thoughtful touch after a long journey. I was staying at Gladys's place because of my research internship at UMass, and her hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. She genuinely cared about my comfort and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. One of the most memorable gestures was when she brought a Christmas tree to the apartment, adding a festive and cozy touch to the space. The apartment itself was exactly as described. Everything including the kitchen was clean, cozy, well-equipped, and well-maintained. What truly set this accommodation apart was the personal touch that Gladys brought to the experience. Her warmth and hospitality made me feel like more than just a guest; I felt like a valued friend.
