This is a one bedroom apartment within the home. NOT FOR PARTY No Smoking , ABSOLUTELY No events, parties, or large gatherings. The apartment has a separate entrance from the home main entrance. The apartment also comes with comcast high speed internet. The living room couch can be turned into a double bed, that sleeps two. Large ,shower towels and shampoo included. The apartment includes washer and dryer.The bedroom sleeps two .It is about 30min drive to Downtown-Chicago and15min to O'hare .

Prior to your stay at this home a pro ozone generator will run to sterilize the home to kill viruses and bacteria.This is a recent update we have done to ensure safety in battling the coronavirus. This three bedroom two full baths duplex also has a 2 car attached garage.The open floor plan offers a very cozy feeling from the kitchen to the dining area right into the living room. The living room has a brand new 65 inch Smart TV and a beautiful electric fireplace.

Booking the entire house with 100% privacy. It has 2 driveway parking spaces and street parking. Garage may be available. CHECK-IN and OUT are flexible. I set checkout at 11am (text me if you need late checkout). The space is perfect for a family of 4. It is located about 20 minutes from O'Hare airport and 40 minutes from Chicago downtown. My place is close to the excitement and culture of the beautiful city of Chicago. It is a short walk to Metra trains with a 25 minute ride downtown. You’ll love my place because of the diverse, comfortable, quiet, tree lined neighborhood where you can relax and feel secure. It is close to expressways, golf courses and a local park with walking path. The apartment is not available to guests without previous positive reviews.
