Holiday rentals in Honey Camp Lagoon

Great airbnb with a perfect location. I ended up being sick most of my trip but there’s a little store and a pharmacy that are both a 15 sec walk away with a more full size grocery store like 2 min away. Despite being right in the middle of everything the airbnb is actually really quite especially in the back bedroom. The place is even more roomy than it looks in the pictures and everything was clean (plus no ants). Naz is super friendly and easy to talk and tried to be helpful anyway he could. I extended my stay until his next booking and if I’m back in Orange Walk I’ll try to stay here again!

Nathalie was an incredible hostess. 11/10. She went above and beyond to welcome me. Including her staff who I absolutely adore! There was a sweet sense of community on the land, with the horses and the people. She took me out into town on my first night to show me around. We went out to dinner and she pointed out all the things. As well as sharing rich vibrant history & culture of Sarteneja. Also — I got sick as a solo traveler while I was there. Yet Nathalie & Johanna made me feel I was not alone. They showed up to support me in a vulnerable and tender time. Which I deeply value and appreciate. Will be back. For sure.

We had a beautiful and peaceful stay at the Horse Cottages. Nathalie and Johanna are both so helpful, easy going and sweet. The horses and the property are very peaceful and the feeling there is magical. Sarteneja is a stunningly beautiful and friendly village and the shore is just a quick walk from the cottages. We would absolutely stay there again! Thank you!

Adorable little place in the romantic location of Sarteneja! If you are lucky, you can get a local fish dinner made for you :)

Great location and well equipped for my stay in Orange walk. I was traveling by myself and felt safe and private at this location. Lots of small shops and street food right outside the door and in Central Park. Despite being in a central location, it was very quiet at night. AC worked great. Naz was around for any questions and offered suggestions. Would stay here again for my next visit. Thank you!

I can highly recommend Peaceful Apartment. 👍👍👍👍👍 Be aware that it's on Guadalupe Street in Trial Farm just north of Orange Walk, not Guadalupe Street more towards the south end of Orange Walk Town. GPS will try to direct you to the south end.
