Holiday rentals with beach access in Hoogezand-Sappemeer

We really enjoyed our experience at this studio during the holiday season! Jan made us feel at home and provided us with everything we needed! We had a great time and would definitely come again! Thank you!

Glamping was the first time for us. Was a little smaller than on pictures but was cozy. Coffee maker is with taps, there is not a toaster. The toilets and showers are outside. These are very clean. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

Martha was a wonderful host. Thw breakfast was the best we had in all of our Airbnbs across Europe. It was also great to explore the dutch countryside and get out of thd big cities.

The apartment was very clean and is in a good location. It's less than 5 minutes to downtown. If you have any questions, you could always contact with the hostess.

Very nice, bright place to stay. We were there with two toddlers and the rooms were very well furnished, so you didn't hear/wake up to each other. The apartment has everything you need for a stay. Activities are a little further away, so it's best to have a bike or car with you:-)

Very nice house, comfortably furnished with a very spacious living room. Upon arrival we even found some gifts:-). The bike (only needed one) also worked flawlessly.

We felt very comfortable here! The apartment in the old farmhouse is very charming and spacious. We were there with six adults and one child and explored the surroundings by bike. Jetty is a great hostess and was always available and helped us quickly, e.g. with tips for excursions and when two bikes had a flat tire. It was also great to sit in front of the fireplace in the living room in the evening, collect apples and pears in the garden and ride with Jetty's father-in-law on the tractor! At first, we were not so happy with the surroundings - the house is located directly next to a wind farm and there is a lot of industry in the direction of Delfzijl - but there are still many beautiful corners to explore and the house is just a dream! 😊

Last weekend you can stay in Karina's chalet. It was a good weekend with a stay where everything was present. We felt at home and welcome there. We didn't lack anything.

What a wonderful week we had with a total of 6 adults and two dogs. A super cozy and lovingly furnished cottage, enough space for everything and everyone, everything equally comfortable. A special place, the fabulous weather also cooperated, but even in less good weather this would have been wonderful and cozy. Lots to do, both in Moddergat itself and in the area, and then you don't have to drive far - both Dokkum and the Lauwersmeer area are great. Tip: go sailing with the men of the ZK9 (leave from Lauwersoog). And what a paradise for the dogs and for birdwatchers!! We'd love to come back. Thank you Gwen and Marieke that we were also allowed to be guests in your uniquely beautiful cottage!

We had a great stay, we needed a last minute rental place and Marten organized everything very quickly! The house was perfect for our family of four. I recommend it 100% !

We absolutely loved staying here. The house is within a holiday park although it feels tranquil and secluded. There is bike hire on site, lots of trails to explore, and beautiful walks through the woods and around the lake. We brought our very anxious dog with us and it was perfect for him - very quiet and not too busy. The interior was clutter free, comfortable and extremely clean. We would absolutely stay here again.
