Holiday rentals in Hook Head

Mary's place is one of the most homey, cozy, and accommodating AirBnB's that I've stayed at. My family was greeted by a warm fire upon arrival, and Mary showed up shortly after to make sure that we settled in okay and she gave us a restaurant recommendation that didn't fail us. The home has two bathrooms available, and though the one downstairs is more compact than we're used to, we appreciated them both. The house is well insulated and the beds are comfortable with plenty of extra linens provided. We drove a rental so it was great having a designated parking spot in the driveway. If I find myself heading for Youghal again in the future, I'll absolutely seek out Mary's home first. You can't beat a great AirBnB with a great host.

The Rose cottage was really my first experience with an Air B&B anywhere let alone Ireland, so I was guarded in my expectations. The cottage was superlative in almost every regard. Great kitchen, bedrooms are private and well-appointed and separate baths for myself and my son. And as I am finding in my travels through Ireland, the internet service was reliable and robust. Richard is an amiable and gregarious host that provided me with invaluable guidance and insights to the local area as I am looking for a house to buy here. He is the Sherpa guide to that area of the country. Staying here gave me a sense of the deep history associated with the location from the 600 year old castle to which the cottage attached even to the Game of Throne decorative swords on the walls. The neighbors that also reside there are friendly and outgoing and will engage in spirited conversations over a cup of tea. The only downside comment I could offer is that the sheep seemed a little nervous

A home away from home! We really enjoyed our stay in Rosslare at Neal's home. A great location with plenty of beautiful beaches close by. The projector was a super touch! Also the space in the sun room for family meals and playing games was really perfect. The beds were very comfortable. It's pet friendly which was exactly what we were looking for. Had some wonderful beach walks in the sunshine during our stay. Would thoroughly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and can't wait to return soon!

We had such a wonderful time here with our 1yo and 3yo daughters. When we arrived the following day was St.Patrick’s Day and Mairéad had left us two Guinnesses in the fridge and two shamrock headbands for the girls. We had a flat tire so John and Mairéad helped by getting us a pump from a neighbor and gave us a local tire shop in town we could go to. The property is gorgeous! A 5th generation farm with all the animals right outside our window! It was like an Irish dream! But don’t worry the animals weren’t noisy enough to wake you up. The beach just a short walk down the road was a huge hit with the girls! The house was just what we needed for a lovely stay! We will be back!

Very quiet and peaceful location in a great spot to visit numerous places along the east coast. There were 4 adults in our group and it was perfectly comfortable for us all. Marian was very helpfu with usl on check- in as we arrived at night. Really happy we chose here. Thank you.

we had a great stay there, the views are amazing. it is located in a perfect location and a bar and a shop across the road was ideal for us. The house wad spotless and a full kitchen if you wanted to make meals and washing machine there aswell if needed. We would go back in a heartbeat, thanks again Kathleen

Was a pleasure to stay at Michelles airbnb, extremely friendly and made us feel right at home immediately. Airbnb is big, clean, smells lovely, has everything you would need milk, coffee, cake, hot chocolate with little marshmellows, guide book to the area etc. Definitely one of my favourite airbnbs ever and will plan a return visit in the future.

Beautifully situated location very relaxing and peaceful place. Would highly recommend it for a get away break.
