Holiday rentals with a patio in Hopewell

This was a perfect spot for us being in town for an event at the convention center. Loved it!

Had a GREAT stay! The rental is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants and close to shops. The unit is beautifully appointed, spotless upon arrival and checkin/checkout was very easy. Kristen was the best host and even brought bottled water to us when the city water was out along with shoveling snow and salting the steps to the unit! Very helpful to us Floridians. Above and beyond! Highly recommend staying here!

I booked this home for another party. It was a pleasure setting this up with Taryn! She was very responsive and kind. The person who rented the home really loved it!

We reserved the apartment about 5 pm for that night and we received a response and were inside in an hour. It is much larger than it looks in the pictures and is very well furnished. The neighborhood is wonderful with great coffee shops within easy walking distance. Great sidewalks and very safe for walking dogs. We were able to park on the street within a block of the apartment. The one bathroom is between the two bedrooms and one door doesn’t close completely but wasn’t a problem for us. We’ve stayed at one of Trey and Emilys’ places before and will happily stay again when needed.

Stayed in RVA for an extended weekend with my girlfriend, we couldn't have asked for a better spot, right in what felt like the most walkable part of Richmond. We had dozens of options for restaurants and cafes, never having to repeat a single time. The Airbnb itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Parking was easy, with options on the street or in the alley behind the unit, and again, we had what felt like unlimited options within walking distance. Hands down would stay again or recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Mayra’s home was cozy and comfortable, and she was a great host! The home provided a great base from which to spend the weekend visiting our daughter at VCU. And when my wife realized that she was missing a ring, Mayra went out of her way to find it and get it to our daughter. The only minor drawback were the trains that ran throughout the night.

Ashley was amazing! When I told some issues she came and looked into it and fixed it ASAP. (Issue was very minor). The layout was great, sofas comfortable enough that you could sleep on them! Backyard was great for my two large dogs! Ashley was great! This is a perfect place for temporary housing or for like me for in between houses where I sold and had to wait a couple weeks until I could get into my new place!

Beautiful house full of amenities and privacy within a short drive of historic downtown Petersburg where many hidden gems are located. Basia was very communicative and made our stay stress free. What a wonderful home and host!

The home was perfectly stocked with towels, clean linen, and even water bottles. The beds were comfortable, plenty of room for our group. The place was clean and organized. We only stayed for a night as a pit stop on our travels, but there was a lovely sitting porch and back garden area, and also games and toys inside.

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

I'd highly recommend Chandra's place if you plan to visit Richmond. Lovely, spacious space with very cool art. Primo location with convenient street parking that is walkable to many great restaurants, shops, and venues. She's a great host and we had enjoyed our stay very much.

5 Stars all around for Shana's place! Location, amenities, cleanliness, space, style! It was perfect for our special weekend in Richmond. As a bonus, Shana was thorough and timely in her communication. We loved it!

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

Eugene was a very responsive host and always answered our requests in a timely manner. We had an unfortunate lock out and he promptly helped us solve the situation. Even though it was a chilly weekend we had a chance to enjoy drinks together on a sunny afternoon on the rooftop deck. It was delightful!

Awesome place

The apartment was very clean and perfectly located. I recommend this place and will have it on my list for future stays.
