In a quiet accommodation, the whole family will relax in a rural style. A 200-year-old cottage with a ground floor apartment heated by air conditioning and/or wood-burning stoves. The bathroom and toilet are accessible from both rooms separately through the hallway in the unheated part of the house. In front of the house is the possibility of parking and sitting under a gazebo with a barbecue overlooking Černý Důl. Above the house is a meadow and a forest with a trail to Montenegro. The ski slopes are 5min. walk away. Summer swimming is possible in the creek and 5km away by campsite with a swimming pool.

Stylish new building in Horní Maršov in the Giant Mountains. Modernly equipped and yet cozy, close to the center of the village and in a quiet location. Suitable for multiple families for all seasons. In winter, the proximity of the ski bus stop, ski room and sauna, in summer the garden with outdoor covered seating and the possibility of cooling in the interior. All year round, you can use a modern kitchen with a pantry, a smart TV, an outdoor lockable warehouse, a space with bike holders, and other benefits... There are two tennis courts just below the cottage.

Spacious and bright apartment for year-round vacation

Newly renovated spacious and bright apartment in close proximity to ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou (you can walk in skis). Smaller resorts (Duncan, Mladé Buky) can also be reached on foot. Parking is in a public parking lot in front of the house. In close proximity there is a supermarket, playground and restaurant with great beer and burgers. The place is great not only in winter for skiing, but also for cycling, hiking and car trips. There are many attractions within reach. The ideal place for a family holiday in the Giant Mountains!

Náš mezonetový apartman s terasou se nachází v klidné a slunné části Horního Maršova (7 km od Pece pod Sněžkou a 7 km od Jánských Lázních) s krásným výhledem na místní lovecký zámeček, faru a kostel na kraji lesa, přesto 450 m od centra. Místo je vhodné pro všechny věkové kategorie, rodiny s dětmi a domácími mazlíčky. K dispozici je místo pro grilování. Parkovací stání pod teresou - otevřená garáž. Jelikož si vážíme každé návštěvy, pro každého hosta máme při příjezdu na uvítanou malý dárek.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Z terasy je přímý přístup na travnatou plochu s ohništěm. Krásný VÝHLED na šumící říčku a protilehlou stranu kopce. Apartmán je mimo hlavni silnici avšak dojezdný autem. Skvělá POLOHA mimo centrum Pece (15 min procházka), ideální pro pěší túry a běžky.
