LOVED this beach house!! Truly exquisite! Perfect location, tucked away in your own little world but close enough for a short walk to the beach or quick drive to local shops and eateries! Very clean house, lots of space and accurately described. Also there are plenty of of perks like corn hole, horseshoes, a golf cart, and had a short walk to the beach!

This was the perfect spring break getaway in a quiet relaxing area that was a short distance from Myrtle Beach or the cute downtown area of Conway. All amenities were provided and it was a tranquil place to call home for the week. Loved the screened in porch and the river view! This place is truly a hidden gem!

Thus was our 2nd time staying here for the Run to the Sun car show, and it will not be our last! We absolutely LOVE staying in this house. The neighborhood is peaceful and quite. There are lots of things to do an eat near by. Dennis has ben the best host, making sure we got in the house ok, and making sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back!!

this is hands down the best place to come to when I am off from work and spending time with the kids, perfect scenery, relaxing and a wonderful experience. the kids love it as well and enjoy all the animals too. Mr. Larry is hands down the best host somebody could ask for!! thank you again, we really enjoyed it once again.

Perfect place for us! We came in to town to play golf and see a CCU baseball game. Location was perfectly located to everything we needed and wanted to do. Only downside was, we were really looking forward to the hot tub, but it wasn't working. I informed LaDonna and she was quick to respond that she would let the HOA know. We understand that was out of her control, but it would have been nice to have after playing golf all day. Highly recommend staying here!

I had the privilege to stay at Reeya’s place for an entire winter, and I can say without a doubt - it was the best experience I have ever had! The location is phenomenal, the unit is EXACTLY as advertised, and Reeya is by far the most responsive and carrying host I have had. Reeya wants you to feel right at home, does a great job checking in to see if you ever need anything, and lightning fast response time. The unit is very clean, modern, and there is no better view than from the balcony looking over the beach and ocean. It’s located perfectly - just south of North Myrtle and a short drive from downtown, Market Commons, Broadway at the Beach, and grocery stores within walking distance. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the building with a great menu and staff, plus River City Cafe and Mariner’s Pizza just a short walk up the street. I cannot wait to stay again at Reeya’s - my official home away from home! 😃 5 star all the way! Thanks for everything Reeya!

William was very responsive. Guest services were very timely. The bed was very comfortable. Great access to the beach and boardwalk.

Damien and Regina came through for me in a crunch late on a Sunday evening. So thankful and appreciative for the last minute and wonderful accommodations. It was especially awesome that the freezer had plenty of ice. The kitchen has everything you need right down to the corkscrews. It is private and in a quiet neighborhood. I haven't slept as well as I did here for as long as I can remember. Bed was very comfortable. The 3 block walk to the beach (and to restaurants) was perfect. Would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed staying right on the beach and the amount of pools and amenities on site was very nice. Parking on site is perfect. The building condo could use a little updating with the flooring, paint, etc but it was clean and great for our stay.

Great place for a short visit to Myrtle Beach! Love the touch of the mini kitchen and bed was comfortable. Only wished the tv was lifted a bit higher, but that is a personal preference. Overall, a wonderful stay! Would recommend to anyone!

The stay surpassed our expectations! It was lovely inside and had a great view. It was a bit tricky to find the apartment, but the hosts provided really clear instructions. Only downside was no windows in the bedrooms - but if you like to sleep in it is perfect because it was so dark in there!! Really enjoyed our stay!

My wife and I had a lot fun on our stay. The location was clean and peaceful. There were great instructions on how to check in and out and how to use all the different remotes. The binder came in handy with the peacocks lol. Can’t wait to come back!
