Thank you to Joshua and family for hosting my friends and I for the weekend. We felt so safe in this cozy, spacious place…and it was so CLEAN! It looks exactly like the pictures, and even bigger than we thought. It was the perfect location for our needs.

Everything was great. She was very friendly and we were able to find everything that we needed. The rooms were beautiful. The view is beautiful and it was overall at great experience. We will definitely be back to book again.

My friends and I had a great time at Floyd's place over a big time college football weekend in Oxford. Floyd's place is fairly close to campus (easy drive, or about a 2 mile walk to the football stadium) and also closer to restaurants and other amenities. The place was clean, spacious and had a stocked kitchen, just as listed. Floyd was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Jasmine was an amazing host. She responded very quickly to all my inquiries. Her homes were very modern and clean. The backyard is large and the decor is nice. Although, the houses are on a secluded, dead end street, we felt very safe. I would encourage anyone reading this to choose her homes for your next stay in Memphis.

Cleanest AirBNB I’ve ever stayed in. Very unassuming on the outside. It looks small but way bigger on the inside. I found myself saying that I wouldn’t think that much space was inside the house a few times. Every thing was very clean, no dirt in sight. Very nice bathroom with double sinks so multiple people can get ready in the morning at the same time. The top room overlooks the living room. I found that cool. Everything you could need for a stay from washer and dryer to iron and board. Even has small backyard. Even though we didn’t use it, it still looked nice. Right near mall and also lots of restaurants. Wish I could have stayed longer. Definitely recommend if looking for somewhere to stay in the area.
