House with 4 bedrooms built in 2016 as well as private swimming pool is rented. Best suited for families with young children. Good enough space for 2-3 families. Festival use is not desirable. Rentals include electricity and gas, as well as washing linens and towels. Sleeps 8-10. Large kitchen with separate fridge and freezer cabinet. Fully furnished. 2 pcs tv 1 of they are android smart tv. Hei! Vi er en familie på 4+hund, som leier ut huset vårt av og til. Vi er svenske, bosatte i Norge, med litt hjemmesyke innimellom. Det vil si at huset vårt står tomt noen ganger, i lengre perioder som sommerferie, påske, jul osv. I nærheten, mellom 5-15 min gå eller kjøretur finnes: Turområder i skog, badmuligheter, The Well Spa, Tusenfryd, Svartskog, Ekeberg, Ski Storsenter, Oppegård Golfklubb, Vestby Fashion Outlet. Ps. Egne sengetøy og håndkle må tas med samt en enkel vask etter oppehold.

Sun from morning to night

We rent out our spacious 70`s holiday home, sleeps 8-10 (4 bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and laundry room. The house is located on a mountaintop, with sun all day and fantastic view of Lahellefjorden. The house is located 100 meters from the water in the air line. 5 min walk and you can swim on the local dock or beach. Hiking areas just outside the door, with a great coastal path beyond Østerøya. Here you will quickly get to Skjellvika and other lovely sandy beaches.

Cozy house with lush garden and large furnished terrace with barbecue. Central location on Teie, with walking distance to shops, wine monopoly, swimming area, Kaldnes and Tønsberg city center. Sleeps 4, with the possibility of up to 8 people total when using the sofa and guest beds. Tiled bathroom with shower and toilet on the main floor of the house. The lower floor is under renovation, but the amenities in the laundry room can be used. Main floor is completely renovated since 2020

Lovely little house- right on the beach

A gem with a view and direct access to the beach. Newly renovated outhouse with kitchen/ living room, large bedroom with doors directly out to large terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Walk down through the garden to the beach for a bath, kayak, play a round of boccia or hike along the coastal path. 10 min bike ride to Holmsbu with country shop, restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunsets all year round! Perfect for a couple or small family.

The house has a sea view from the windows and nice patios 5.5 km to the city center in Fredrikstad about 20 minutes with bicycle.
