Great place just a few minutes walk from the centre of Bath. Easy to understand directions about finding the apartment with suggestions for parking, we used the park and ride in the end because of the parking restrictions which worked well. Lits of tips of places to eat from Henry, which were helpful.

We had a super host who provided us with clear instructions on how to travel, park and how to access the property. It was a very clean property and met all our expectations for our short stay in the Bath/ Bristol area. We would be very happy to stay there again in the future.

As a family of four with two young children under 10, we found this is a perfect place for us to stay. Everyone can find something they like in the house: the book collections, boardgames, TV subscriptions and the pristine kitchen, etc. The location of the apartment is great, near the river and easy to walk around all the attractions with plenty of good restaurants to choose from nearby. It is situated in a closed community that avoided the traffic and noise. Definitely come back if we visit Bristol again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything you would need was available. A dark walk down the lane to the main road in the evening (and back) so bear that in mind! Ten minute walk to the city centre was perfect and lots of lovely things to see and eat! A bit chilly in the cottage even with the heaters but we expected that at this time of year. Beautiful views!

We loved our stay. Beautiful spacious property, tastefully decorated, great views from the garden, and all in all, an extremely comfortable place for an escape with family and friends. Would highly recommend and would love to go back one day.

Anthony was super friendly, highly responsive and communicated well. He even put up some Christmas decorations for us. The property was spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped, well maintained, comfortable, had a great shower and was well located, with private parking. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. We had a wonderful few nights in Frances’s home over Christmas. The house was comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. The playroom and trampoline in the garden were a huge hit with our two toddlers! Thanks for having us in your lovely home.

Roz was a fantastic host, and extremely helpful. The house was great, perfect for our stay and looked exactly as the photos showed. Super clean and had everything we needed. Great location within Portishead and would 100% recommend staying here. We hope to come back soon!

Wonderful old school house, full of character. Very homely. Lots of room in all the bedrooms and very modern bathrooms. Fantastic communication from the host, Christine, and she was very accommodating. 6 of us stayed for New Year and we had a brilliant stay. Would highly recommend!

Five star! home from home as soon as we walked in; lovely decor and thoughtful touches; warm and easy to keep cosy; comfy beds; great tv; and spotlessly clean. Quiet location, but convenient for Bristol city centre and everything you need on the doorstep for food, shopping and cinema. Looks like there are nice walks close by in the summer. Easy off street parking and the enclosed garden is neat and tidy even in the winter and feels very private. Charlie is a great host, very responsive and friendly. Can highly recommend.

We had a lovely time at Line’s place. The open plan layout worked well for us as a family and the accommodation was well equipped. The house was clean and well presented. Line also provided welcoming touches such as children’s toys and even left a baby towel for the use of our 10 month old daughter.

We had a great stay in this apartment. It was lovely. It’s in a great location with lots of places to eat out in nearby. Very well equipped with toys for the kids to use and lots of DVDs/books available. The kitchen had all the equipment we could need too. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Mags made us feel right at home. Useful directions, and a friendly welcome on check-in. A beautifully spotless space for us and my 10 month old niece to spend a night visiting friends. Would recommend.

We had a great long weekend at David’s place, it was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. We spent more time in the apartment than out as it was so lovely, but it was only a 5 min walk from the seafront which was perfect. David was a great host, helpful, friendly and communicative. We had a lovely time. The place amazing the only concern was the wooden stairs to the accommodation gets very slippery due to the condensation causing my husband to slip down them shortly after we arrived.

I had a great stay at the Nook for 1 week for work. It was convenient and I could just come and go as needed. The place had everything I needed. It was nearly 5 stars all round and a great stay - would recommend. The only drawbacks were the minor noise from next door, no water use after 10pm and the baking underfloor heating.

Enjoyed our stay. The apartment was exactly as described and spotless. Tons of walking paths nearby with a gorgeous view. All appliances and heaters were in perfect running condition. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Will definitely book again the next time we visit Keynsham.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt's place. Apartment was lovely and warm to come back to after a day out exploring Bath. Check in was super easy, having the parking there is a huge bonus! Matt got in touch when we arrived to let us know we could contact him if we needed anything and I got the impression that if we had requested extra things, nothing would have been too much trouble!
