Holiday rentals in Houtskär

It is a good house for 6-8 people with one of the best equipment I've ever had. Every room has a Sonos Soundsystem, the living room has an OLED TV, it has a wood sauna and the kitchen has everything you need. All the rooms and beds are clean. The communication with Stay North worked perfectly. We went there in the winter thus we did not use the garden that much. The house is divided into 4 different parts: The main house, a sleeping room, the sauna and a second living room. Overall we enjoyed the stay. We would recommend the house if you want to stay next to Turku but still want to be in nature.

At Jalmari’s place, we had such a beautiful view of pine trees and archipelago. We had access to a small dock for a night swim in between our sauna rounds. Can’t ask for more. Jalmari was very helpful with instructions. He came in person to show us how things work around the place and made sure that the sauna was hot when we arrived. Very kind host :)

No words for how wonderful this place was, but I’ll try. The cabin has its own sweet little beach and is extremely private without being cut off from people should you require it. It is a peaceful, quiet, serene paradise. The main cabin has everything you need for sleeping, cooking and hanging out. Wood fire is great. Lots of staple food stuff in the pantry. Comfy bed and couch. Sauna/chill out cabin nicely done. Roomy sauna. Hot water. Comfy chairs. Outhouse toilet very easy to use, and so quaintly decorated. It’s adorable. Malin was a fabulous host. She even took us hunting for mushrooms so we would know what to eat and where to find good ones. Excellent hints also about how to view the northern lights. The setting is idyllic. We spent 4 days relaxing here and thought it was heaven. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Definitely highly recommended and thanks so much Malin for your thoughtful touches and for being such a great host.

The cabin is beautiful and the location is absolutely serene. On top of that, Jon is a great host, very proactive and responsive. We couldn't have been happier with the stay.

My son (9 years) and I enjoyed a quiet few days in Kustavi. The Möcki was very, very nice and we felt right at home. The view from the terrace was priceless and we also enjoyed our break in the hot tub. We will be happy to come back!

Great location. In the middle of Turku can't be - unless you change the tent in the middle of the Market Square. The apartment is a studio, but with efficient squares. Great for solo or two travelers.

Everything went great, communication was smooth, the apartment has everything you need and very clean, quiet location, comfortable bed, and we slept well. Recommended.

Got what I paid for and a bit more. Had an issue with the door lock and someone came to help pretty quickly. Will definitely use Johannas place again
