Cottage holiday rentals in Howe Sound

David and Kelly were terrific hosts. Their home was perfect for our large group. It was comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was top-notch which was perfect for our Private Chef dinner. The bonus.....the guests thoroughly enjoyed interacting with the the many animals on the farm. An ideal location for family reunions or large group celebrations. Thanks again David and Kelly! Place is great, really tucked away in the dense trees, up a load of stairs from the car parking spot on the road below. Exactly like the descriptions and exactly what we were looking for. Has some really cute touches. And beautiful little bridges over the creek. Barely a 1 min walk over the road to the little local beach. It’s older and showing it a bit in places, but great.

we loved our stay at Joule’s. The place was spacious and comfortable, we relaxed and were able to feel fairly at home. It rained the majority of our stay, and so the hot tub was especially enjoyed with being a perfect way to be outside during a drizzle. The kitchen was equipped for cooking meals, the beds were comfy, and Sechelt was a pleasure! We enjoyed a few trails nearby. Would recommend staying at Joule’s place for a Sunshine Coast getaway!

Beautiful location that felt close to nature yet also walkable to amenities. The view at the table while you eat breakfast is very peaceful. There was an occupant of the lower unit with two young children running around, so be mindful that there will be some shared noises. The hot tub, view, ample space and location made this an peaceful retreat for my family without having to isolate them; you can walk a few minutes and still get a great cup of coffee.

What a beautiful, private and peaceful spot. Views are amazing. Spotlessly clean and the kitchen has everything you want. The deck is amazing and spacious, perfect for relaxing on a warm summer day. Would definitely recommend this lovely place.

A perfect place for 5 adults and two little ones :) Large stocked kitchen, super comfy living room, lots of space, toys, games, and views. Chris & Jenn have created a rejuvenating retreat with a spa area we spoiled ourselves in. They were friendly and very welcoming hosts. We hope to return! Thank you, Chris & Jenn!

Alison’s place is old but spacious and well situated with a very nice view and a quiet neighborhood. The amount of utensils, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses etc. were far better than most Airbnb’s, plenty of everything. The washer and dryer were much appreciated. There is a TV but you need your own input device. That said I’d certainly stay there again.

Alice was a terrific hos! She provides super clear instructions to get to her beautifully situated home! The house itself has a tonne of awesome features including high ceilings, a jacuzzi tub and a peaceful river lookout! Very welcoming family, and one of the friendliest cats I have ever met haha! Would 100% recommend staying here for anyone looking to experience Squamish and Paradise Valley!

Our family of three was very comfortable at this cottage for our three night stay. It is a great space and is a great value- clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and very walkable. The hosts are responsive and friendly and we enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed two nights here and it was perfect and exactly as described. The location was central to all the activities we wanted to do. The host was quick to answer any questions we had. I would stay here again and have already recommended it to others.

Choosing Christine’s house really “made” our vacation! Not only was it in a short driving distance to all the ski areas we wanted to visit, but the combination of the beautiful, serene location and the spacious and well-appointed accommodations were just what we hoped for. Christine‘s thoughtful help and advice throughout the entire trip made it. a vacation will never forget we hope to come visit again in the Summertime .

Place was great, open concept and very airy. Lovely big deck with grill and propane fire pit to watch the sunset with an ocean view. Place was well stocked will all the essentials. Would love to go back!

Each time we come back the Mellow Yellow house is just as good as the last! This hidden gem is a short drive from Gibsons and minutes from Sechelt with a view that gives this home it's true charm. This wonderful home sits in the middle of the beauty of the Sunshine Coast. The hosts are very responsive and informative, and I would 10/10 recommend their home for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We had a lovely stay at Christina's place for a weekend getaway. It was so charming and everything was as described and pictured. The location was perfect to get to the water or to trails in under 10 minutes by car. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome chocolates and the cream and sparkling water available for us in the fridge. We hope to come back in the summer!

My husband and I were beyond thrilled with this cozy little space! We loved how close it was to the bus line (transit in Vancouver was simple and safe), walking trails, and the shore. The space was absolutely perfect, and was wonderful to spend a 10 year wedding anniversary Highly recommend!!

We were looking for a quiet, cozy place to stay. Rachel’s place exceeded our expectations. After some unexpected travel delays coming the East Coast, we inquired about an additional night. Rachel was super helpful with extending our stay. We really appreciated her help with that. We would definitely stay again.

The beach house was very charming and quaint. My family thoroughly enjoyed listening to the waves of the ocean and taking in the beautiful views.

Very comfy home, with a super cozy living room and bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Really beautiful backyard. The weather was cold and rainy during our stay, so this place was perfect to get comfy and enjoy a classic west coast winter. Keeping the wood fireplace going was a real treat, and something we looked for specifically in a place to stay. The property is just next to the highway, so I was worried about road noise, but with the windows closed I couldn’t hear it at all.

This Airbnb is super cozy, perfect for a little get away from the city to enjoy some nature. Everything was super clean, practical and the cottage was equipped with everything necessary. It’s close to the beach and a cute little cafe and convenient store. And the sauna is so nice to relax in the evening. Will definitely be back.
