Perfect for our visit to Liverpool. The apartment was clean, the kitchen and bathroom were both well equipped.

What a lovely place! The apartment is great,lovely furniture,super confortable bed,spotless clean,we couldn’t ask for anything better. Stephen was very responsive and even allowed us to check out a bit later than the official time. Complimentary milk,tea/coffee,lovely cookies and a bottle of wine! The place is also ver quiet so a good sleep is guarantied I will 100% recommend this place to anybody whiling to explore Liverpool and will came back in the future. As a bonus you have the bus stop to go to Lark Lane or to town a minute walk from the place,as I said is a little gem 😊

The place was as described and as in the photos. Spacious for an English flat! The kitchen seemed well stocked although we barely tried it out. Parking could take a few minutes but we always found something within about 100 meters, sometimes much closer. The most important benefit for us was the little village that the flat was in. Several, restaurants, cafes, bars and coffee shops were within a few dozen meters. There were also a couple of small stores for groceries and other supplies. So, overall, no complaints and lots of compliments.

Laura is an wonderful host! She gave us clear instructions about the apartment, about the parking lot and she responded to all questions that we had. At Laura's place you can feel like you are at home.

I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The host’s were superb with their communication and it was a pleasure to stay here. It was exactly as described and very clean. We know the area and were returning for a family weekend - everything perfect. Apartment kitted out with everything (and more) that we needed. Perfect location for our family weekend but would be perfect base to stay to explore the area locally or to Liverpool, Chester and North Wales

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to city centre where there is plenty to occupy everybody.Communication from host was excellent, property stunning, location quiet and private. Facilities at property were first class, clean and comfortable. Many thanks to Mike the host for letting us share his home and beautiful city Chester. Hope to return soon and will definitely pass on details to family and friends.

Gary was very good with communication. We had a problem with the microwave whilst we were there and it was sorted out within the hour. The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was a short walk to the bus. plenty of parking at the weekend too. Thank you Gary, I would highly recommend 👌

Great little place to stay. Only really used it for a base due to planned activities but used garden space whilst killing a little time, tv set up was brill and easy to use, everything was as listed and communicated. Would recommend and will be back and will use the hot tub next time

The flat was spacious, with two good size double bedrooms with views towards the River Mersey. The location is perfect for events at ACC Liverpool / Exhibition Centre Liverpool and very conveniently located for Royal Albert Dock and the city centre. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and there were good quality towels and dressing gowns available for use. The lounge area was also comfortable and the whole apartment was quiet and peaceful. Everything was spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition. The kitchen was well-equipped. The Bluetooth entry system for the block worked fine, although this did involve installing an app before arrival.

They could not have been anymore helpful. They responded to everything so quickly and when we had a query with the hot tub someone came out to check on it within half an hour. They were in regular contact to make sure everything was OK

Beautiful apartment in walking distance from the historic centre of Chester. Sarah was a great host responding to messages promptly and ensuring we had everything we needed ahead of the stay. The apartment is just as described and seen in pictures and immaculately decorated and cleaned!! We enjoyed a lovely day exploring Chester and then spent a more relaxed evening taking advantage of the hot tub in the private courtyard. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would look to re-book here on a return to Chester.
