A ház Balatonfüred barátságos, családi házas részén helyezkedik el, sétatávolságra a strandtól, a Tagore sétánytól, a reformkori városrésztől és boltoktól. Egy játszótér is van a nyaraló közvetlen szomszédságában, ami igazán alkalmas hellyé teszi kisgyermekes családok számára. A szép kert és újonnan bútorozott, légkondícionált ház teljes egészében a rendelkezésükre áll, nem kell senkivel sem osztozniuk. Parkolási lehetőség a telken belül és biciklitároló szintén tartozik az ingatlanhoz.

Holiday house near Velence lake

Near the lake Velence (5 min. by car/15-20 min. on foot) is our holiday home. It is ideal for 6-7 persons. For children swing, sandbox in the garden. 5 minutes from us there is a large soccer field to play football. The cottage consists of the following areas: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom. If you and your friends want a place in the city center we look forward to welcoming you to our brand new apartments. The location is incredibly good, as soon as you step out of the house there is the main market, but the Danube and the Freedom Bridge are only a short walk away. The place is quiet, because they are in the inner courtyard on the ground floor, so you can easily relax after a whole day of sightseeing or partying all night! :)
