Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Hunter Region

Had a great stay! Mercedes was super lovely and provided great suggestions on vineyards to visit. The property was clean, well air conditioned and very comfortable. Great kitchen to cook in as it’s got lots of utensils and proper knives. Also decorated very nicely. Only thing is if you’re like me and miss signs. There is parking outside the villa that you can drive to. My fault, I got confused and parked near the reception and dragged my stuff up the little hill.

Adam and his team were faultless in their attention to detail. They all have an amazing ownership of the property and desire to ensure guests have an amazing experience. Three tops is stunning inside and out and the breakfast hamper is extremely generous. Cocktails delivered to the room were an extremely nice little luxury. Wifi was good, hot tub on the deck a great bonus. We enjoyed rambling around the bush tracks, playing tennis and catching a few movies. The accomodation was very spacious, lovely place for a long weekend.

Beautifully presented, luxury in feeling. Only downside s it’s a tricky walk to town as it’s on a very steep hill. We’re both fit and we found it a challenge so assume that you will need to drive when you want to go to the town or beach or the local hotel. Also please note it is a kitchenette, so it is a bit limiting. There’s a bbq but only a grill so you can’t make bacon and eggs for example, because no hot plate. I’d recommend taking your own electric frying pan if that’s what you feel like having. We mostly had steaks and salad and the local supermarket has everything you want.

It was an awesome place to stay when visiting family in the Nelson Bay Area for Christmas.

We had a fantastic stay over the long weekend at this place with our 2yr old daughter and 3yr old dog. Location is perfect as you’re super close to the off leash beach which our pup loved, and patrolled swimming areas & rockpool for us. The place is also a short 5min drive to terrigal, and having an amazing courtyard made this an excellent place to stay in Avoca. Will gladly stay again!

My family had a lovely stay at the Managers residence. It was the perfect size (one adult, two kids) with all amenities to make it comfortable for the weekend.

We had a lovely weekend at Lynette's place. We spent hours sitting reading and looking at the trees. We went to nearby beaches and restaurants. The place was lovely and we would return and recommend it to others.

Tiffany's Place was amazing. The beach and lagoon right at the back doorstep and the view was amazing. The place was clean and as described. We had a group of families and everyone enjoyed their trip. Thanks Tiffany.

Kim was a great and attentive host. I spent 3 weeks staying at this beautiful home and it was just as expected! Kim was attentive and provided great recommendations for the local area. The Airbnb is very centrally located within a 15 minute drive radius you were able to reach any facility needed. A lovely clean and decorated home. If I am back up in the Newcastle area again I will definitely be staying here. Thank you Kim 😊

We had a wonderful weekend at Wave n Sea. We were three generations of adults. The house is a one mile uphill walk from the shops and cafes which was not an issue for us but it could be if you have young children and you are hoping to not use the car. The house is spacious, light and airy and has a lovely outlook from the main living space and main bedroom and en suite. Although it was located in a residential street the property was so peaceful. The property was clean and the owners were responsive. We wish we had booked for longer.

Fab & Funky was a great place to stay while in Copacabana! Its a really cool space with amazing views and not your normal Airbnb. Its a nice walk down to the beach and a cozy home to relax in. It's so nice to stay in a home where you can tell the owners truly love the space and have made it unique. Relaxing on the porches and watching the kookaburras and lorikeets flying around.

We had a lovely stay at Vivian's place. The surrounding were quiet and comfortable, with the beach very calm and the feeling of being surrounded by bush. The house was very accomodating and thought has clearly gone in to making it a comfortable stay. All the beds were great. Only one thing to mention: the AC unit doesn't really reach the bedrooms, so, during a period of hot weather, we had to be proactive about making sure they stayed cool enough. But we all slept fine. Overall, recommended.

The perfect family stay in Hunter Valley! The house was spacious, beautifully laid out and well equipped. The outside space was exactly what we needed and more. Inside the bedrooms were a great size and beds very comfortable- the kitchen and dining area were fabulous, and the main bathroom was a real treat. We loved our stay would highly recommend.
