Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Hwaseong-si

A very good trip, the most surprising thing is that next to the downstairs is the exo member Park's Dad's shop!The room and the picture are similar, the location is still good, there is a convenience store downstairs, two steps is the bus station, the subway station may have to go a little, the garbage separation is a little troublesome, but the host responded to our news in a timely manner, and the translation of the communication system is not very good, you can replicate it in Papago so as not to understand.The windows are a little less soundproof, the other comforters on top are a lot more comfortable than underneath, it would have been nice to have the same comforter underneath.You can open the cabinet in the room, basically there are a lot of necessities, even Uno cards.

The coffee photo used in the living room didn't work well, and the rooftop room TV didn't work, so I didn't watch it at all. The rooftop cooling facilities were a little disappointing, but I think it was generally okay. I've had a good rest.

The location of the place is very easy to find. Very near to Chandeokgung palace. Just across the road. Airport bus is also near, so when we arrived, we need to walk for just about 3-5 mins only. Fortunately, the host was outside the place when we arrived at around 8pm so he helped us to bring our big luggage inside. While the subway is a little bit far, but walkable, around 5-8 mins. The host is very responsive. We were able to keep our luggage with charges upon check out, which is convenient for us. The place is very clean, and all the amenities are complete.

Photos. Same as described. The resting area wasn't as big as I thought, but since it was a loft, the ceiling was high, so I didn't feel like it was narrow. On the other hand, the terrace was bigger than expected, so it was nice. It was a completely city view, but it felt weird because it was open. Still, it's a little small for three male adults to stay. It seems to be the best alone or two. I'm here with a friend this time, but I think I'll come back to organize my thoughts alone at the end of the year. Sunset good. Good host kindness. I had a good rest.

Silver and Mijoo are very helpful and responsive. They made sure that the stay is worth it and all the things we need are available at their place. A well kept place with the strategic location, I highly recommend the place for tourists like me.

Great experience and host! This apartment was perfect for our girls trip of two. Spacious and clean. Location was peaceful and safe while still easy to access public transportation and everything we wanted to see and do! Jake’s instructions, responses, and recommendations were super thorough. Hands down the fastest host I’ve ever had when it comes to replying to any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. :)

It is quiet and cozy. It is accessible by public transportation and is convenient to use the nearby downtown restaurants. There was a separate private room, and it was well decorated, so it was good to watch TV or separate from people who go to bed early, make simple food until late, and talk.

A building that usually seems to be used as a dormitory or something. I liked that there was a large space, restaurants, and meeting rooms in a good location (Hongdae). Even though there were 8 people, there were a lot of good spots, so we chose each other where we wanted to go and sleep. The stairs are cute. However, even though I was prepared to look at the other reviews, the entrance slope was... huge. I thought it would be overturned up the drive up. I took a taxi because I had luggage, and only 1m in front of the entrance was accessible by car, and the walk up was almost like a rock climbing. If possible, it would be easy to access from the upper street of the house to go down and up the stairs. We had a lot of work to do, but it was really nice to have a separate meeting room with a beam projector. We sat down and had a comfortable meeting, discussing and eating sweets. There were many places to plug in the charger adapter, so we were able to charge it without noticing each other. However, since it was a bunk bed, the person sleeping on the second floor had the disadvantage of having to charge it to the outlet in the center of the first floor bed when sleeping. The bedding and dresser... it looks like it needs to be more clean. It was somewhat dusty, there were some bug corpses, and there were a few brown marks. I put a coat in the dresser, but it was a bit dusty. However, I was satisfied that there were no bed bugs. Overall, it was a very satisfactory accommodation for the price. Thank you.

This was hands down the best host and Airbnb I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Jounghwa was incredibly helpful from check in to check out, always responded to messages and even gave us little gifts. The place itself was very large, clean and so close to Seoul Station and the bus stops. Would stay here again.

The place fit us perfectly as family. Its as per description and Gun-Ow was there waiting for us and guide us for checkins to his place. The place is in quiet neighbourhood but very near to many local eateries which is walkable from Gun-Ows place. Its a shame that we only stayed one night here as the place is very comfortable for our family.

Kim was a great host. He was always responsive and great communication. He and his wis wife took us out to dinner on an authentic korean place. We felt right at home. One of the best experiences in airbnb for me.

What a wonderful stay at Daniel’s place! The home is close to the station which makes travel to other areas around Seoul very easy. It’s clean, cosy and having a PlayStation was a huge plus to wind down after a busy day in the city! Thanks for a lovely stay ☺️

From the moment we walked into Yooneys art house we immediately felt at ease. The apartment is warm, comfortable and beautiful with fantastic views and all the amenities you need. The location is perfect! Close to galleries, Palaces and nature without being on a busy street. The subway is a very pleasant, walk away to get you to other areas if needed. Yooney went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and is a quick responder to any questions we had. This was my favourite Airbnb stay for the entire trip. 10/10 we will definitely be back!

Ey made everything easy and convenient from start to finish. She was always extremely friendly, responsive, proactive and helpful. Her space was clean and free of clutter. Comfortable and private space, conveniently located near Camp Humphreys. Great host, and will definitely stay again!

My go to property If I go to Seoul. It really feels like home. Everything is on point & excellent.

It’s only 15/20 min walk from lotte world and lotte tower and you can enjoy the view during that walk 🤌🏻

I always use it every holiday with my family, and I think it was the best of them. I hope I can use it with my family for less next time! I hope I can use it again during Chuseok ~

1. Best place to stay if you love shopping in gangnam. It's pretty much close to so many restaurants and shops 2. Gaining access to public transport is super easy as the place is close the bus stops, train stations and taxi drivers are everywhere 3. The host is amazing! Mr Lee was very helpful with my inquiries and gave myself a tour around the local area. 4. The apartment was spacious with plenty of space (much bigger than the usual apartments). 5. Overall I had a blast staying there :) Would highly book it again if I were to visit Gangnam again
