An entire spacious basement flat with its own separate entrance in central London zone 1. The Georgian house was built in 1775 and has a blue plaque indicating it’s historic significance. The flat is within 10 minutes walk to the river Thames embankment and twenty minutes to Big Ben . A lovely short walk across Westminster bridge takes you to Houses of Parliament and through Whitehall to Trafalgar Square . Great location with many bars pubs and restaurants. Very quiet location as well.

Central London is also a few stops away. Access to a fully equipped kitchen. Washer-dryer included (in kitchen). Beans-to-cup coffee maker. Two electric sit-stand desks with ergonomic chairs. The cleaner is schedule every fortnight for the entire place.
