Very convenient for me and my family

We had a great time staying here during our Tokyo trip! The place is comfortable and well-equipped, perfect for a group of 5. Although it’s a bit far from the main tourist attractions, getting around is very easy with convenient access to both the JR line and the subway. There are also some great local restaurants nearby—we especially recommend Asuka Kaiten Sushi, which offers delicious sushi at a very reasonable price. Overall, this is a great option for anyone looking for a more affordable and spacious stay in Tokyo. With hotel prices in central Tokyo being so high these days, this place is a decent alternative. Would definitely recommend it to others!

The place was a bit outskirt from hustle but very near to Yamanote Line..have Halal Mart for groceries stock up along the way from Komagame station to the house. My family was very happy staying at this place as it is very clean and tidy.

We stayed 4 night in Tokyo and Tk beautiful home in Itabashi make a perfect base for all our activities exploring Tokyo. Its close enough to all the major attraction which are mostly 20-30 minutes train ride only and yet a peaceful home to rest after your day out and about. After checked in we are greeted by Tk handwritten note welcoming us and snack basket, a very warm and welcoming welcome. The house and all the amenities were very complete and comes with very clear instruction. The kitchen equipment is very complete with everything you will ever need!! Which is great because the OK supermarket is nearby and you could cook breakfast/dinner by your self. Wagyu prices is very affordable in the supermarket and our tips is to get ur snacks or food gift from there, its cheaper then all the minimarket and donki. We loved the place and will be back when we are in Tokyo again

I had a wonderful time staying at Asama-san's place! Enough space for a solo traveler, very comfy bed and everything was super clean, but at the same time also very welcoming and home-like feeling! I also had the pleasure to take part in a day-trip with another guest and the hosts and that was one of the best experiences I had in a long time! The location is also good, quiet and not too far from either train station (at least for my German legs 😄). I highly recommend staying at this place, especially when you want the feeling of a second home and not only a place "just to stay".

Amazing housing extremely comfortable, modern, clean and fully equipped in a peaceful surrounding, an easy access to public transportation. Our host was extremely kind and helpful and provided very useful information. We strongly recommend the place ! Don’t miss it !

we have total of 6 including 1 kid 1 infant, and we all found Takahiro's place like home. it's exactly like description, and Takahiro probably has one of the most detailed access guide (with picture and video in pdf) I've ever seen in my airbnb life. short walking distance to JR Itabashi, JR east has ramp and JR west has lift which both are stroller friendly (don't bother to use wheelchair accessibility in Google map please). we settled our breakfast and grocers just within the neighbourhood - on top of the common convenient stores, there is Aeon grocer, co-op store and a big Maruetsu supermarket. we rented car from Narita airport with a drop off point a station away (or walkable within 30 mins), also there is local car rental within 1km that we used to travel out to Yokohama day trip. just to take note that there is no bed with just futon on tatami (floor mattress), good for us with babies but if you are looking for comfy big bed then this will not be the one.

Great home base for a visit to Tokyo! Big living room, two full baths, a well equipped kitchen and there's even a projector in one of the bedrooms for a cool cinematic experience. The nearby Aoto station connects you to both intl airports and makes it easy to pay a visit to Tokyo Skytree and Asakusa which is home to the oldest temple in Tokyo, Sensō-ji Temple. Last but not least, Eishi was a top notch host!

We had a fantastic stay here. If you want lots of rooms for a very reasonable price then this is for you. We were a family of 5, so having 6 bedrooms to choose from was ideal. The house was very tidy, but just be aware that there are steep steps inside the house to get to each floor, but this wasn't an issue for us. Maybe if you have very small children it might be. We really enjoyed the location. It is a very quiet suburban area. It is only a 1 min walk to catch the No.34 bus (stop is outside some kind of dog cafe) which takes you on a 20-minute ride to Tabata subway station from where you can jump on the Yamanote Line and travel to places like Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya. There is a nice little restaurant called ふくろう（福来郎) which is also only a 1-min walk (across the road from the bus stop). The food is really nice, reasonably priced, and the owner is very friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Tokyo.

I used it as a glamping debut for my elementary school son. My wife was also interested in the wood stove, and I had a special time with the whole family. The cherry blossom trees in the garden are stunning, and my son collects petals and picks up a bonfire. I had a variety of experiences, such as fire making and making coffee. There was also a sea nearby, and I immediately went out to play. It is a waste place for one night, so I would definitely recommend staying for consecutive nights.

Great location. One of the nicest places we have stayed whilst being away. We all had a very enjoyable time here.
