I was in Jefferson's apartment and had an impeccable top AP weekend with all amenity, standing in the sand as described and in the photos and close to bars, restaurants, market, pharmacy, PA of Unimed etc. Everything next car can be good in the parking lot of the building. Jefferson always ready to respond when we asked to respond with great calmness and well educated clarity, also the concierge staff of the building always willing to help and well educated also was a ball show, they can rent that they will not regret 😉👍🏾

very well located place, the AP is super cozy exactly like the photo, very quiet and safe, I felt at home.

Our stay was very pleasant! The apartment is large, the rooms are spacious and everything is just like in the pictures. The auto check in with electronic lock is very practical, the bedding was clean and smelling, the towels were carefully bagged as if we were in a hotel! Fran always responded quickly when we sent a message or wanted to ask any questions. The resistance of the electric shower from the social bathroom was broken, but promptly our host sent an electrician who exchanged the part in a matter of minutes after contact. The apartment is in a prime area of Campinas, very close to the Taquaral Park and the surroundings have restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets, all very close and practical! I will certainly stay in this apartment again if I return to the city. I highly recommend it!

Great location, great accommodation, on the side of the EXTRA supermarket that works 24h, you will be saved here for the next times I go to Ocian beach to stay in the same place, the hostess was super friendly and proactive at all times, super recommend!!!

The stay in the space of Caique was wonderful organized super clean apartment, it's everything is just perfect we feel at home we love everything , it is well located with commerce to the surroundings, the communication with the Caique is very good easy and fast , it was perfect and we will be staying again . The apartment is exactly as described. Smelly bedding, table and bath linens. Clean toilets. Flat-screen, good for those who have a pet or children. So we miss the air-conditioning, the rest is ok. Elder has proven to be a good host: polite, kind, and helpful.

Very beautiful and cozy space, I felt super at ease. I went alone on this trip and the ap supplied me well, it is a medium and very functional space, with necessary equipment (stove, microwave, refrigerator, TV, washing machine, etc.). I did everything on foot, close to market, restaurant, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, bakery. Very safe,quiet, clean and organized. Simone is a sweetheart, received me super well, indicated places, was very attentive. The staff and residents of the very educated building, the caretaker is a sympathy in person. My stay was very happy, I was super satisfied. I definitely recommend the apartment and the neighborhood are a beauty and Simone is very welcoming.

First about the host, always helpful, attentive and with quick and accurate responses. Mr. Paulo also served us with great cordiality and was always available for us to meet the needs. The house is great, better than what can be seen in the advertisement. Super equipped with all utensils and items for a good stay. The pool area, barbecue area and game room is excellent. Very airy and safe place. Very easy access from the main highway of the region. It was worth the stay and the price.

We had a wonderful stay, home extremely comfortable, clean, well ventilated, for sure we will return on an upcoming trip. Both Larissa and her very receptive mother...we like the house too much.

Best hosting we've had on Airbnb to date! Eloisa is a love of person and helped us with everything we need, such as a flexible check-in/check-out and local restaurant recommendations! In addition, the house is spacious, beautiful and everything was in perfect condition (showers, closets, bedding, kitchen items). I highly recommend the accommodation and the location, as it is not so far from the main points and the neighborhood is very quiet!

Sandra has welcomed us well since before the stay. We arrived early in the city and she was quite flexible with the check in time. The house and bed/bath linen were very clean and smelling. The site is easily accessible and very well located, perfect for those who go to an event in Allianz Parque.

It was a short but quiet stay to renew the energy to work the next day. Detailed instruction that made it easy to access the checkin.

The place is very cozy. In the kitchen there are several utensils and appliances. There is a centrinho 10 minutes by car, where you can find markets, butcher shop, pharmacy. The basics can be found there. However, if you want larger markets, the city of Sorocaba has several and is about a 30-minute drive from the site. Fernando received us super well and during my 11-day stay he went to the place 2 times to clean the pool and kept almost daily contact with me, in order to know if I needed anything. I recommend the accommodation and want to come back again.

We had a great stay at Antonio’s house. The place is very private and great to relax in the middle of busy São Paulo. Having Duda, who is the housekeeper, present was also very helpful since we were a large group. The location is also really good and close to shopping malls and trendy areas easily accessible by uber.

The stay at Christina's apartment was great. 3 bedroom, 2 large apartment has air conditioning and also has in the living room, excellent for the scorching heat of summer on the coast. Nearby has several restaurants and the best is the beach service of the condominium, they bring a sun umbrella and chair on the beach for you, very polite. We love it!

Overall, I’m giving a 5/5. Marcel’s apartment is wonderful to stay in. It’s in a perfect location. You’ll feel safe, secure and have easy access to local amenities and transport. Marcel was proactive about any issues I’d had and had them promptly resolved. Location 5/5 10 minutes walk to Shopping Ibirapueira and 15 to Eucaliptos station (metro). Plenty of bars, restaurants and botecos. There’s various super markets to choose from and you’re very close to good dining experiences. Apartment 4/5 The apartment is a beautiful space sufficient for one person. I stayed for 4 months. While the apartment is beautiful, it is missing a few things that would make longer stays more comfortable. A washing machine for clothes, some extra bed clothes and towels and a few more kitchen items, e.g. better pans and pots, lids (long stays mean you’ll be cooking in a lot) Communication 5/5 Marcel (and team) are almost always available. Communication is fast and you aren’t alone!

Great location 100 m from the best location on Pitangueiras beach. Near banks, Military Police and several restaurants. The apt is organized and suitable for 2 people with good kitchen and bathroom, only negative point is the noise of the air-conditioner which, perhaps by the time of use will bother those who have lighter sleep, however, have a ventilator in the bedroom and kitchen that on less hot days you can get around, garage for cars with a well-kept condominium. Very good cost benefit. Would recommend

mr. Fernando is cordial and attentive mto. Mr. Joilson and Rafael (janitors) are mto helpful. The beach is near mto, easy access and we will be back for sure.

It was great days! The apartment is complete, very well located and close to everything. We didn't have anything to complain about, nor do we need to move the car out of the driveway. We're definitely going back!
