We needed an urgent place to stay given our hotel reservation fell through unexpectedly . The stay at 1219 Homes was pleasant with all amenities as described . 24/7 electricity and WiFi outside of few hours during the night , but the place was clean , quiet , and safe - we really enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the help from the House Manager Mr.David . Would 100% recommend !

It was great had a few issues but the host was awesome

One thing that really stood out for me is the responsiveness of putting a standing mirror after I requested as the only missing piece according to the previous lodger on her review. I am not keen on mirror it because of my bae and the best part is that the mirror is a standing moveable mirror and we had in that fantastic kitchen. As for the rest it just as others gave their reviews and it matched. Security on point also the cleaners Nifemi and the manager Tummy as well as his assistant Joseph they are all on point. And restaurants fast food is just around walking distance.. Thanks to everyone associated .

Emmanuel's place was indeed a home away from home. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and had listed amenities. Electricity was constant. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in the bedrooms but overall no complaints from me. The bedrooms are equipped with TV'S which is a huge plus. Host was very responsive. You could tell he cared about our needs and satisfaction. Daily housekeeping is provided if needed. House staff went above and beyond and even washed our car. Apartment is located in a nice peaceful neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars within a 5 mile radius. I'm beyond satisfied with my stay and will definitely be back. Already recommending this host to my friends and family in Nigeria.

The place was safe and the on-site staff was helpful with everything. Communication was very amazing. Parking was very easy to figure out. I ran into some issue with the previous tenant not leaving but it was handled well and we were able to check in and our stay was uninterrupted

My stay at Eyitayo's was great, and worth the spend. This host was very responsive and polite. The place was exactly what my family and I needed. Lots of space, clean, tidy and quiet. The children loved the play area too. I am definitely looking forward to returning here.

Akeem's place is a secure property, nicely nestled at the end of a very private close. It boasts very spacious en-suite bedrooms, ample kitchen, and what can only be described as a gigantic master bedroom (equipped with a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi). The electricity is 24/7 - the ACs work so well, you may end up turning them off and using the fans - they are that cold! The doors are all code-entry (and thumb), and seamless to enter and exit. With a big family, it was imperative to feel one had competent security - and this was definitely the case in this property. When you consider we were also welcomed with what turned out to be a whole week's drinking water supply, it is no surprise that the family want to return as soon as possible!

I had an incredible stay at Afolabi’s place!The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Nuel ( Co-host) was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. The location was great—close to the airport, restaurants, or conveniences. The check-in process was seamless, and all the amenities provided made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Would definitely book again!

Located in a sweet spot, you're surrounded by the warmth of local life Special mention has to go to security/maintenance. Ms Peace is the heart 💜 of the place and makes every guest feel welcome. The property is well-kept, secure, and offers a perfect balance of privacy and community connection. Found myself extending my stay twice because it felt so much like home! 🏠

Babfemi's place was exactly as advertised. It actually felt more welcoming in person. If I ever needed accomodation in that area, I would stay at Onixville again. The host is a pleasant person and was available and willing to help whenever I reached out. The environment is clean and quiet and all the amenities are updated and functional. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

This is my second stay at this apartment and it was great. Very clean and well furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would defines recommend it and would stay there again.

I don’t really have much to say rather than I enjoyed my stay at Sola’s place. It feels like home, I was able to catch up with my Amazon prime TV shows etc.The house help was amazing. she comes around to check if anything is needed. My next visit I’m staying there for sure. No doubt

David's apartment was exactly what we needed! He was so helpful and attentive when we needed him, his apartment was very nice and it is close to many different little markets and shops, including the Ikeja Mall. Perfect location for our trip.
